Very spacious floorplan. This was a good value if only considering the floorplan.
Not clean. This hotel really really needs a deep clean. Inside of fridge not clean, gunk / buildup on oven knobs. Gunk in miscellaneous spots like door handles etc. Coffee Pot not clean. Room is overdue for a remodel… Cabinets, doors, carpet, etc worn out. Hallway musky smelling. Breakfast was terrible… Juice was very watered down, surely to save money. Coffee was horrible. Choices limited. I have low expectations for free hotel breakfast in general but this was one of the worst.
The location and convenience of stores and restaurants nearby. They allowed me to check in early without charge.
It was dirty, and the facility needs a makeover. Room was very outdated and the cabinets needed replacing. The bed was just ok but the pillows were way too flimsy. There was a smell of cheap cleaners covering the other foul smells from the carpet that visibly needed cleaning. I would definitely say don't go for price if you can afford better. I went for valye and I won't make that mistake again. Wouldn't stay again.
The room gave a clean you could feel upon walking in. So good! The bed was very cozy. The layout was convenient, I imagine much thought was put into the space for a comfortable stay. Honestly, everything was perfect! I would return.
Maybe the pool area could use a little love, just a little to match the comfort of the overall stay.
I liked that the rooms have a kitchen in them, (oven with stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and guest laundry services down the hall.) It was literally a home away from home. The location was perfect. Not a busy thru way and minutes away from everything, gas stations, eateries, stores and 10-15 mins away from Busch Gardens.
The only thing I can say that I didn't like was the limited selection of streaming apps on the tv. It has Netflix and YouTube but no Hulu or Paramount. Not a major deal but it would have been nice to have.

I liked that it also has a sofa bed, it helped us to accommodate during our stay. Everything was clean and neat; the staff very nice, and the included breakfast was very good and tasty! I recommend the facility and will definitely use it again in the future. Thanks.
We were there for Busch Gardens which took us minutes away from it. Great location
Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast
The hotel was in a good location. They have trails all around for those who like to walk/run. Gas stations were nearby and the hotel was very clean.
It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and our needs.
The 2 queens in two seperate rooms

I like the seclusion of the property.
My second time staying here and it was still a nice stay. The breakfast is so good. We had good neighbors, so it was quiet. The beds are comfy and it's just an all around nice place to stay for a few days. The location is within 15 minutes of everything we needed.
My only dislike was there were a few onion peelings shredded up on top of frig. Not a biggie but me being tall, I noticed it.
