Room service never went to the room for clean, or replace towels and toilet paper
It was ok, the location was nice with a few places to walk to for coffee and snacks.
We stayed at this property a few years ago while a family member was at Moffit. The price was pretty reasonable. But this stay, they totally raised their prices because of the BTS concert in town the dates we were there. When I checked prices weeks before the concert, they were half the price of the rate we were charged. This isn't a great hotel at all and the accommodations were subpar at most.

O apartamento é completo, com tudo que um casal precisa pra cozinhar seu próprio café da manhã, até frigideira estava disponível, além disso o hotel disponibilizou até mesmo detergente e esponja o que achei bem legal. A cama é confortável e o box do banheiro não tem banheira o que acho mais conveniente e seguro. O café da manhã estava muito bom com opção de ovos mexidos e waffle, além de pães, frutas e bebidas como suco e café.
Achei o controle do ar condicionado difícil de operar.

Location was quiet, and close to Moffitt Cancer Center. It’s quiet, and the sidewalks enable decent walking routes.
Had a noisy upstairs neighbor that stomped on the floor while walking around at 3:30AM. But that’s not the property’s responsibility. The breakfast time needs to extend to 10:00AM! That’ll give folks time, who may be traveling with folks having special needs. The 6-9am is not convenient.
Close to moffitt McKinley Outpatient Center.
Thought it was a no smoking facility. I wanted to use the pool after my Moffitt appointment, but a crowd of people in the pool and at least one was smoking marijuana. The smell was terrible. Also someone taped the secure entry door lock to our building so they could go in and out without using the secure key card. This is very dangerous as anyone could enter our building. This made me very upset. Also only serve breakfast until 9 AM during the week.

Great quality for price, designed for extended stays. The room was huge and equiped with all needs for long extended stays. The breakfast had an ok variety, but was tasty. It is quiet and was able to rest properly. Very close to USF campus which is convenient.
Breakfast selection could be improved, adding a water station could be useful
