Pros:

Отель превзошел все ожидания. Высокотехнологичный номер, прекрасный завтрак, включенный в стоимость, прачечная (можно пользоваться каждый день), предметы гигиены, уборка каждый день, библиотека, спортзал,. Отель в пяти минутах ходьбы от станции метро! Она почти конечная, так что садишься в свободный вагон и через 30-40 мин ты в центре Шанхая. Не хватало бассейна и вида из окна, но это уже другая стоимость. Отдельная радость-робот-доставщик, занятно за ним наблюдать.)) У входа паркинг, за отелем магазинчики и еда. Мне показалось, что отель предоставляет также трансфер до аэропорта Пудонг, но нам отказали. Ничего, доехали на метро минут за 40 и сразу вышли в здании аэропорта, очень удобно.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Excellent daily room service. Staff was very helpful especially Ding ,oh very patient with customers. Ready to assist with enquiries. So much of breakfast food options.

Cons:

Language barrier was a big challenge. Poor internet service, until I installed a Sim card that worked partially.

Clean, great value, amazing staff, a bit far from city center
Pros:

The staff are extremely helpful and understanding; they helped me move rooms and book taxis when my apps weren't working. The rooms are clean and come with bottled water, tea, convenient charging outlets, mirrors with great lighting, and are some of the most spacious I've ever stayed in.

Cons:

The doors closed very loudly and I could hear the doors of the rooms next to mine close which woke me up. There is not much space between the door and the sink, so I had to take off my shoes before going into the room in order to keep the floor around the sink clean. The hotel is a bit far away from the main city center area of Shanghai, and it took around an hour to get to the Bund area via subway.
