I would like to share a small comment regarding my recent stay.

Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned 100% before our arrival. We found some personal belongings and clothing left behind by previous guests, which indicates that the room had not been thoroughly inspected before check-in.

المكان نظيف وممتاز جميل جدا راقي قريب من كل الخدمات متوفر فيه كل الاحتياجات والموظفين محترمين وخدومين جدا طلبت غرفة اطلالة على الجبل فالاول حطوني في غرفة اطلالتها مغلقة بالانشاءات ولكن طلبت منهم يغيروها وما قصرو فيرو لي الغرفه لدور اعلى واطلاله اجمل مشكورين

التنظيف اليومي جيد ولكن حطيت ورقة عدم التنظيف ومع هذا دخلو ونظفو المكان يعني ما كنت حاب ان احد يدخل وانا اغراضي منتشره بالغرفه ولكن بشكل عام كل شي جيد ومافقدت اي شي

Highly recommended! Booked 6 nights with family and we were all pleased. The staff were all amazing! I would like to thank all of them especially at the reception, concierge, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff. They were all helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to help. They were all nice and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast despite being limited was so fresh and good, we loved the healthy and original Turkish choices. The location is centralized so it was easy for us to take our tours. It’s also 10-15 minutes away from other locations within the city. I will be definitely staying there during my next visit. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Enjoyed the staff was very friendly
Pros:

Very comfortable
Full kitchen with dishwasher microwave and top stove although we did not use and a big fridge.

Cons:

Only downside is that have to take bus or taxi to any of the tourist destinations

وعند الخروج ياخذون فلوس على الانترنت اللي استخدمته عندهم بالفندق مع انه فندق عالمي بس غريبين
