spacious and well-equipped room, great service, delicious breakfast, lovely pool, and very friendly staff.
Pros:

We stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Trabzon for one night and everything was excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped, very comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable, the service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was also lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

ولديه طابع فخم من ناحية الاطلاله و الديكور مريح للعين
طاقم العمل يتكلم انقليزي و ممتازين فالتواصل وردهم سريع ابد ماندمت اني اخترته

لايوجد تنوع ف وجبة الفطار طبقين رئيسين فقط والباقي مكرر يومياً

The help desk at the reception. And the activity team ( group travel). That was a good point

Cons:

I don’t like breakfast, also the location and Transportation.
The communication with some of the employee was difficult due to language. A few of them the only speak Turkey

اقامه هاديه ولكن اللي مخرب سمعه الفندق الموظفات الاستقبال خاصه النساء كان النزلاء العرب جايين ع حسابهم ولا قاعدين ف بيته

نظافة وفي الشتى فيه نظام تبريد مو بس تدفئة للي يحب البرد ويوجد خدمة تنظيف غرف واطلالة جميييله والريوق ممتاز وعندهم مطعم 24 ساعة والموظفين كلهم ودودين ماواجهت مشكله ابدا انصح اي احد يبي يسكن بطرابزون يسكنون في هذا الفندق الجمييل

My stay was ecellent. Staff are very kind and helpful.
Pros:

It is moderate size building and in quiet neighborhood.
The elevators has a very quick response time. Going from room to different facilities is direct and quick.

Завтрак на любителя. Кухня ресторана вполне приемлема, как в большинстве мест. Хорошо оборудован номер, включая плиту, микроволновку и даже посудомойку.

Cons:

НЕ ПРОДАЮТ АЛКОГОЛЬ. Даже пиво! Приносить и распивать можно только в номере... Я в шоке! Радует, что нет шариатских патрулей по номерам...
Это претензия скорее к booking.com - ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАТЬ НАДО!!!
