We stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Trabzon for one night and everything was excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped, very comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable, the service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was also lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

ولديه طابع فخم من ناحية الاطلاله و الديكور مريح للعين
طاقم العمل يتكلم انقليزي و ممتازين فالتواصل وردهم سريع ابد ماندمت اني اخترته

الهاوس كيبنغ للغرفه يجي حتى لو ماقلت له , المفترض يجي بالطلب
لايوجد تنوع ف وجبة الفطار طبقين رئيسين فقط والباقي مكرر يومياً

The help desk at the reception. And the activity team ( group travel). That was a good point

Cons:

I don’t like breakfast, also the location and Transportation.
The communication with some of the employee was difficult due to language. A few of them the only speak Turkey

نظافة وفي الشتى فيه نظام تبريد مو بس تدفئة للي يحب البرد ويوجد خدمة تنظيف غرف واطلالة جميييله والريوق ممتاز وعندهم مطعم 24 ساعة والموظفين كلهم ودودين ماواجهت مشكله ابدا انصح اي احد يبي يسكن بطرابزون يسكنون في هذا الفندق الجمييل
