Nothing to like in this hotel.
1.0 There is no parking space for traveller’s vehicles.
2.0 Rooms are very damp and almost no ventilation.
3.0 No help from staff to unload and upload the bags.
4.0 Restaurant is very expensive.

Cleanliness, whatever shown in photos while booking was exactly the same
Just rooms are little cramped
Great location and freshly cooked breakfast. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Just a 3 min walk to Mall Road and an easy trek to Landor and Lal Tabia. Visiting in March I really liked the fan heater and additional blankets as the room was cold.
Location is very inconvenient & not easily accessible
1.Room no 202 - Lay out is pathetic - two hairs put in the room obstruct opening of the cupboard and access to wash rooms
2.There were no hangers in the ward robe
3.The bed lines were dirty
4.we requested for heaters in the room , but it was denied
5. There is no parking space , we had to park in Pay & Park area & paid Rs 400 for the night
6. The approach road to hotel is very narrow for large vehicles & There is no space outside hotel even to stop & offload your bags
7. Since vehicle movement is not easy , we had to walk the long steep road from Mall road in extreme cold
8 The claim that it is on mall road is totally misleading
Absolute nothing
The washroom was stinking extremely bad. Have to ask for every little thing like toothbrush ,soaps etc. Could not even take a bath as no hot water availability due to some power failure with hotel. The shower holes are blocked.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
