Pros:

Schönes, kleines Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, Zimmer nett. Bad ausreichend groß. Preis Leistung sehr gut

Cons:

Im bad war es kalt und ein wenig zu dunkel, weil eine Glühbirne kaputt war. Es gibt keinen großen Spiegel im Zimmer.

Worth your money and very friendly staff. It feels more like a local experience rather than a hotel say.
Pros:

Very modern and clean. The staff was super friendly specially Ismael.

Cons:

It’s located in a hill so walking every day down to the metro station and then walking back up was difficult. Specially because it was super rainy and because I was traveling with my mom. So I wouldn’t recommend it if you travel with elder people.

Flott lite hotell med sentral plassering
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet i et sentral og travelt område. Vi bodde i øverste etg uten heis i et flott stort rom med to senger. Hyggelig personale, uten at vi hadde veldig mye med dem å gjøre.

Cons:

Trappene var litt slitsomt :-)

Amazing staff, views and place to stay!
Pros:

The hotel is pretty, clean and has a great location and views. The entire staff (from the reception to the cleaning and cafe staff) was kind and always more than willing to help. I would 100% recommend this place!

Lovely, clean, perfectly located with exceptional staff
Pros:

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect location that made everything so easy to explore. It was exceptionally clean, and there is a café within the hotel that is open to both guests and the general public, offering a great selection of coffee, tea and pastries, all of which are delicious.

What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive and kind, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They genuinely made our stay so much better.

I would come back a thousand times. Highly recommended!

A perfect homely base for a first time trip to Istanbul.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable rooms and lovely little coffee shop downstairs. Nice toiletries in the room, as well as complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee supplies and fruit. Very friendly and helpful staff.
