El hotel se siente como un hogar, Isaías muy preocupado de absolutamente cada detalle
Nos proporcionó información, ayuda en reservas, orientación
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pasos de todas las atracciones del lugar, increíblemente dentro de el no se siente el movimiento de la calle lo que permite relajarse
El hotel tiene un cafecito exquisito incorporado a el, lo que lo hace más agradable aún

Buena estadía con excelente ubicación y atención.
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, que es genial, y el personal que es súper atento; nos dieron una mano enorme con el equipaje ya que nos tocó un 4to piso por escalera.

Cons:

No hay ascensor. Las habitaciones son chicas y no hay mucho espacio de guardado. Además, el Wi-Fi es muy lento, se corta bastante, y a veces en las zonas comunes se sentía un olor no muy agradable.

A charming place ❤️
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at World House Boutique Hotel and would happily stay here again.

The location is perfect, just steps from Galata Tower and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and everything you need. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, which made for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and full of boutique charm. We also loved the café overlooking the street. It added a lovely atmosphere to the hotel.

The staff were exceptional, always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Murat, the manager, for his warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. He made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived.

Cons:

A TV in the attic room would’ve been nice and a wardrobe.

Un pied à terre charmant au cœur de la ville bouillonnante
Pros:

L’emplacement, la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l’écoute du personnel, la simplicité efficace des chambres, la climatisation dans la chambre indispensable avec la chaleur.

Cons:

Le club de danse qui peut faire beaucoup de bruit donc être dérangeant mais l’hôtel sait parfaitement gérer le sujet.
Peut-être que l’établissement gagnerait à installer la climatisation dans les parties communes et notamment la salle de petit déjeuner qui serait plus agréable encore.

Great place, beautiful, large rooms, VERY helpful staff!
Pros:

The staff was so nice and accommodating ! They were willing to help with anything we needed and they helped us with a contact to make arrangements for our additional time in Turkey. They went above and beyond to help us!

Cons:

There is no lift but they helped us with our bags. Luckily, we packed light!

Excellent location, comfortable rooms and incredible staff
Pros:

First and foremost, the service is unlike anything I’ve had at other hotels. The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The room was well furnished with comfortable beds. We had a great view of Galata Tower from our balcony. Plus, having a great cafe in the hotel is a big plus.

Cons:

For some, the only downside would be that there is no elevator but this didn’t bother us.

The two Managers were excellent. They made the hotel worthwhile. Excellent location.

They need to put in new safety boxes in the rooms. Their old style ones are a waste of time and do not work well.

Fantastic Galata stay
Pros:

Amazing location near Galata tower and many nice restaurants and cafes. Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. Clean and modern rooms, nice coffee shop and chill area on the ground floor.

Cons:

There was some noise at night from inside the hotel (cleaners and guests) and outside the hotel. This can't be helped but if you are sensitive to noise then earplugs could be helpful.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral, wenige Meter vom Galata Tower entfernt. Dadurch liegt das Hotel selber natürlich nicht in einer ruhigen Gegend, sondern eher in einer sehr lebhaften Gegend. Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer gebucht, welches relativ klein ist, aber den Zweck erfüllt, wenn man viel in Istanbul unterwegs ist. Unser erstes Zimmer mussten wir leider wechseln, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat, was aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Grundsätzlich muss man sagen, dass das Personal einfach super toll war. Immer freundlich, immer lösungsorientiert und immer hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Leider wurde der Kaffee im Zimmer nicht nachgefüllt und die Fenster zur Straße hin sind zum Teil lärmdurchlässig. Das Haus selber ist bereits sehr alt, daher auch etwas hellhörig. Dafür ist wie gesagt die Lage super zentral und man hat alles was man braucht um sich herum.
