I had to change the room as washbasin was leaking heavily. The other room was having shorter bathroom door due to which i suffered head injuries everytime . food & tea were ordered with a request to send tea first. But after 45 minutes, food arrived but tea was not even in sight. It seems room service, Kitchen and management are not wotking in tandem May be internal polytics Also food is much expensive as compared to hotel Kamat which is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel Overall good Property with useless management.
Hotel management is not competent to run such property. No house keeping checks are carried out regularly. No serious staff available while checking out Sleeping watchman just allowed us to walk out after handing over the keys, when even that was not demanded by him. Pathetic management . Good property in wrong hands
We had asked for credit card acceptance while checking in, they told yes avaiable but at the time of check out they refused to accept the payment by credit card and locked the gates treating us like thieves.
Nothing.
Everything.
The night we reached, the staff told us that the hotel is not pet friendly, when we could clearly hear barks of another dog across the hall. The next day while checking out, the staff demanded extra money for our pet saying that the hotel owner (who owns a dog too) wants to charge extra for the pet.
