Good location
Pros:

Less than 5 min walk to Nakajima station, which is less ~5 min train ride to Susukino. A few convenience stores nearby + Nakajima Park right next door for nice, quick walks.
Room small (was expected), just enough to have both suitcases open.
TV has cast function - can access own streaming services.
Bathroom is spacious.

Cons:

Room is on the smaller side, though this was to be expected

Hôtel très propre, fonctionnel et confortable
Pros:

À cause de retards dû à la neige, je suis arrivée à 3h du matin. J’ai pu tout de même réaliser le check in et j’ai été accueillie avec le plus grand professionnalisme. Le chauffage dans la chambre fonctionnait parfaitement, j’étais bien au chaud malgré le froid.

Cons:

Le fait d’entrer dans les chambres le matin pour changer les serviettes. J’avais fermé la porte mais j’ai été réveillée.

お風呂とトイレが別だったので、快適でした

Cons:

電気ポットはあるが、マグカップはない
コーヒー、お茶、お水などは部屋にはなかった
でも、ホテル代が安かったので、無駄を省いて値段に反映していると思うので不満ではない

Pros:

We stayed during one of the coldest season, train station is around 3-5 min walk across the street, close to the park! Room is very spacious, bright and clean.
