Pros:

お風呂とトイレが別で嬉しかった。お風呂は広いし、シャワーヘッドがリファだったのがよかった！洗面台と別に机と大きな鏡があったのも良かった！

ベッド周りにコンセントが多分なかった。

Pros:

ユニットバスではないためゆったりバスタブに入れた。
ご当地コンビニセイコーマートが近く楽しめた。

Cons:

地下鉄からは近いほうと思ったが道が悪すぎて大変だったので冬の利用は考えないといけないなと思いました。

Just love this place!!
Pros:

close the nakajima park station, like 3 mins walk, staff are very nice, and room are very cozy but also very small, consider putting S luggage into an M/L and only separate before going back, views from the windows are very nice

Nice location and helpful staff!
Pros:

The bagel breakfast is unique. The place is nearby the Nakajimakoen Station and the Nakajima Park. Some good 10-15 minute walk from Susukino as well if you want to go some restaurants and to walk off the cold winter.

Would also like to special mention the staff who helped me find a non-smoking room as due to my own fault of booking the wrong room type. She also remembered to give back the bottle of cola I left from the first room and informed and returned to me the next day. Unfortunately, I'm not able to get her name to commend her assistance.
