Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Generally reported as clean and well-kept (several comments: 'Sehr sauber', 'Mooie schone kamers'), but specific negatives (carpet stains, toilet brush left in toilet upon arrival, carpeted rooms with noise issues) reduce the score slightly.
Service
9.5
Consistently praised: 'Sehr freundliches Personal', 'Veldig hyggelig personale', service described as very attentive and friendly and staff quickly refilled breakfast items—strong positive sentiment across reviews.
Location
9.5
Very strong: repeatedly noted as excellent for outlet, train station and Autostadt visits ('sehr nah an der Outlet und Bahnhof', 'Nähe zum Bahnhof und Innenstadt', 'super Lage fürs Outlet').
Room Quality
8.5
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and bright with good beds, but some issues (carpet, occasional odor, noisy ventilation in bathroom, squeaky bed reported) lead to a modest deduction.
Amenities
8
Breakfast and basic amenities strong (good buffet, parking garage available), but lacks some in-room amenities for some guests (no safe, no minibar/fridge reported), noisy bathroom ventilation and overpriced lobby shop affect this score.
Value for Money
6.5
Multiple complaints about high parking fee (€17/day) and very expensive shop prices; while many find the stay good value for the room quality and breakfast, the extra charges reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Outstanding breakfast widely praised ('11 von 10 Punkte', 'Frühstück war hervorragend', 'reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet'). Some criticism about limited dinner options, but breakfast quality strongly drives a high rating.
Overall Experience
9
Overall very positive with many repeat visits and recommendations ('Kommen immer wieder gerne', 'wir werden definitiv wieder kommen'), minor annoyances (parking cost, shop prices, signage for WC) do not overshadow the overall satisfaction.

Wir würden wiederkommen...
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gute Betten, leckeres Frühstück, mein Sohn konnte günstig mitreisen

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt. Unter einem Bett lag noch ein Bonbon Papier und vorn beim Föhn war ein großes Haarbüschel auf dem Boden.

Pros:

Top Hotel, gute Lage, top Frühstück, gute Bar

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation.
Ggf.

Perfect choice for a comfortable city stay
Pros:

Friendly and competent staff plus clean rooms. I would always recommend a stay.

Cons:

The design of the shower is a bit of a challenge, as the screen doesn't stop water from getting into the bathroom. I suspect this is due to the need to be able to clean it quickly, but a means to fully close the shower would be a more attractive feature.
