Excelente desayuno, super completo. Vale la pena pagar el desayuno incluido. Saludos a Mar que nos dio una atención de calidad! También saludos a Santi que siempre nos dió la más agradable de las asistencias para todo lo que necesitamos. No tengo quejas y pienso volver :)
Lastimosamente, llegamos cuando estaban renovando una parte del hotel. Pero promete ser una excelente opción aun más atractiva tras terminar los arreglos :)
Beachfront
Upon arrival, our bed sheets were wrinkly and had hairs, our towels were dirty and there were literal spider nets. Even worse, we had NO HOT WATER. This is not acceptable, especially not for the price.
The worst part was the noise. The hotel is on the busiest road in Santa Teresa and its walls are extremely thin. You can hear every single vehicle and person walk by extremely loudly. We couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours.
Also, some windows don’t have blinders so you get all the light in the morning.
I'm a mom with a 3 year old and 6 year old, I stayed for 2 nights and I will definitely be staying here again.
We checked-in with Francesca (and Francine) at the front desk, who immediately hit us with smiles, humor and an abundance of welcome which was much appreciated after traveling so far. My kids were high-fiving Francesca before we even headed to the room, lol.
Francine led us to our room and one of their worker guys carried my (huge) luggage to our room and then gave us a tour. The layout is so thoughtful and gorgeous, seriously, you're steps away from the beach (without having to cross a street). The staff was extremely competent, attentive and friendly. The beds were very comfortable with loads of quality pillows, starch white sheets and beautiful blankets. Our room came with a whole kitchen in a separate area!
I was traveling alone with my kids and I felt very safe here. They had us on the ground floor near the pool and it was perfect. There were other families, and my kids enjoyed the combo of pool play time, Disney movies in the room, ordering from their restaurant (chicken fingers were freshly made, not the frozen kind) and beach time.
Their little restaurant area is really stunning and Marie, the chef, was amazing! Our stay included breakfast and I was expecting a buffet situation... I was so wrong! They had a beautiful menu with like 6 dishes to choose from and cooked each breakfast to order! The food was absolutely delicious! The coffee was amazing and strong!
Only notes were that the tv/wifi signal didn't work very well, and turned off, or disconnected often.
I was kind of nervous at first about security, but quickly realized the inside layout of the hotel was actually quite secure and I felt very safe.
I couldn't figure out how to lock my room with the electric key pad system they had, but I also felt safe so I didn't really care. They had a lock box in the bathroom, but I didn't feel the need to use it, and my assumptions were correct, everything was great.
10/10 highly recommend staying here, especially if you have kids!
The location that’s near the beach, that was top.
The room never closed completely. The room had severe security problems, the door closed but still was open on the other part.
They were a lot of kids super noisy since really early in the morning.

The location was excellent almost at sea side and walking distance to all restaurants. Rooms spacious, cosy and clean
