I stayed at this hotel for one week. The room was spacious, clean, and in good condition when we checked in. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The housekeeping service was very poor, and the breakfast had the same food every day with no variety. Although breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m., I was refused a piece of cake at 9:30 a.m. and was told that breakfast was over. One of the restaurant staff was also rude and unprofessional. In addition, the booking stated that free parking was included, but I had to pay extra for parking.

établissement proche de centre ville mais calme, très jolie et personnel au top avec un service adapté

Во время ночного заселения на стойке регистрации был мужчина очень плохо говорящий на английском. Он поседели нас в самом маленькой номере, коровы не соответствовал описанию, а также сплин система охлаждения работала неисправно и очень громко. На просьбу сменить номер сначала был получен отказ и только после долгих обсуждений нам предоставили другой номер, но и в нем были проблемы: плесень в ванной, в изношенном состоянии сантехника, отсутствие даже стульев а комнате

If you want a stay in Taksim, go with this!
Pros:

Location: great! Basically a few steps far from Taksim Square and right at the door of Cihangir. I love this neighboorhood in Istanbul so I would recommend this for those who prefer to stay in this area. Breakfast was fair too, and facilities seem new and well cared for.

Cons:

The cleaningless could be a bit more throughout. Our floor had dust balls which was a bit gross ^^

Polite staff. location was very close to Taksim square . Room was clean

Cons:

the building was very old (cracks on the doors, walls, ... ). the bathroom furniture is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. the vessel of bathroom has discharge. you can not identify it from the site pictures.
the first room that they offered us has almost no window ( no light at all from the window ) when I complained they told me you booked a standard room. but this is not a definition of a standard room in 4 star hotel. Breakfast doesn't have good variety. no omelets, no fried egg, ... . only boiled eggs was available. there was a kettle in the room but they just give use 3 tiny paper cups for serving. I never been in a hotel that instead of porcelain / glass cups, they gave people paper cups.

Вид с этажа завтраков великолепный

Cons:

Очень маленькая комната
При включении кондиционера он дует прям в голову (если лежать на кровати)
Не было дверей у шкафа
Плохо закрывалось окно и с трудом открывалась дверь
