Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, right in the center of Taksim and close to everything we needed. The staff was very polite and always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything at the hotel was great.Our stay was very good.During this time the reception manager Ali and the other staff members Umut and Eren were very helpful thank you for everything.Recommend it to everyone

Cons:

It's not a 4-star hotel, but a nightmare. The rooms are small, dirty, and dilapidated. The bathroom was dirty, smelling of feces and urine everywhere, and there were lots of cockroaches. The cleaning lady tried to open the safe , they locked the room, and took a €40 bribe to gain access. There are cockroaches everywhere in the breakfast room and in the room. A nightmare. Ask yourself why it's so cheap compared to a 4-star hotel. Don't get scammed. Don't bring valuables or money. Maybe spend €20 more than your budget, but absolutely don't stay at that hotel. Don't get ripped off.
