I have a very bed experience with hotel staff and it's facilities.
Don't book this hotel .. they are all fake ...
I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was.
Good room and family stay happy
Family room, so good, New Delhi rail station 700 meters, and all is good. Hotel and no Oyo hotel, all is good, thanks to mr, aditya all is good
There was nothing to like, all the things were basic.
There are several areas that require improvement:
1. Staff Behavior: The reception staff exhibited rude behavior, which impacted the overall experience.
2. Room Amenities: The room description mentioned a TV screen, but none was provided.
3. Service Efficiency: Service was significantly delayed; despite calling twice within a span of 30 minutes, towels were not delivered promptly.
4. Kitchen Facilities: The hotel lacked kitchen facilities, contrary to expectations.
The rooms were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast spread and staff were excellent. Location is also good to move around Delhi. Overall, an amazing experience.
I was not entirely sure how the Hotel would turn out, but to my pleasant surprise, it was nearly a perfect stay. Superb location on the main Malviya Nagar market, merely a 4-minute walk from Malviya Nagar. Surrounded by Eateries, Restaurants, Sweet Shops, Cafes & the in-house kitchen, there will be no dearth of options at any point in time.
Most value for money, conveniently located, and a safe place in South Delhi. I've tried quite a few options in this budget category and found this one to be the best in the "Under INR 1500" category.
Lack of communication before arrival. First i was assigned a room with no door lock but after requesting an other room the hotel staff complied. Same with wifi, after asking why it was not working they tried to fix it.
Shower is hot and location good.
Fake hotel. It's a total scam.. I was having a booking in the different hotel but they have some setting in the opposite hotel and they told me that the hotel you booked is full and you have to chose the other one. The hotel having common washroom, no keys given for the door, no ac.. Booking. Com is the total scam website just like agoda.. Would ask every colleague to not book hotel from here.
