Generally clean rooms
Good breakfast selection (described as rich/varied)
Good value for money / affordable
Friendly and helpful staff reported by several guests
Convenient for short stays and access to city centre
Cons:
Noisy for some rooms — busy crossing/tram noise reported (sleep disturbance)

Inconsistent service — some guests report unfriendly or chaotic check-in
Lack of in-room fridge and occasional uncomfortable extra beds (sofa bed, short beds)

Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Multiple guests explicitly mention clean rooms (e.g. 'clean, nice, cozy', 'Pokój czysty', 'It was clean'), so cleanliness is rated positively.
Service
7
Mixed reports: several guests praise friendly, helpful staff, but there are strong negative accounts of unfriendly, chaotic check-in and bad attitude for some guests — overall service is inconsistent.
Location
9.2
Location is repeatedly praised (close to main train station, shopping, metro, city centre). One review notes unexpected noise and proximity to a busy crossing, but overall location is a major positive.
Room Quality
7.6
Several complaints about small rooms, lack of storage, missing in-room fridge, short beds (1.90 m) and an uncomfortable fold-out bed for third guests, so room quality is below excellent.
Amenities
7.8
Amenities are mixed: breakfast and bar/restaurant are appreciated, but parking is repeatedly extra and problematic, some missing in-room features (fridge, shelving) and limited alternatives (e.g., dairy-free options) reduce the score.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests mention very good price/quality and low rates; extra charges for parking and occasional service issues slightly reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast is described as good/rich with a good selection in multiple reviews; minor notes about limited dairy-free options but generally positive.
Overall Experience
7.8
Overall impressions are mixed: many guests rate stays highly for location, cleanliness and value, but noise issues for some rooms and inconsistent/unfriendly check-in experiences lower the overall score.
