The accommodation was very well located not far from the city center and near a shopping mall and restaurants. The room was big enough with comfortable bed and everything you need for a short stay. I also liked the breakfast and late check-out.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar – in diesem Punkt gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in Bezug auf den Service enttäuschend. Das Personal wirkte teilweise unfreundlich und wenig professionell. Bei einfachen Anliegen, wie der Bitte um ein Glas oder saubere Tücher, erhielten wir Antworten wie: „Warum wollen Sie das? Das hat vorher niemand gefragt.“ Solche Reaktionen empfinde ich als unangemessen im Dienstleistungsbereich.

Zudem fand während unseres Aufenthalts keine Zimmerreinigung statt. Auch an der Rezeption gab es sprachliche Verständigungsprobleme, da einige Mitarbeitende nur sehr eingeschränkt Deutsch sprachen, was die Kommunikation zusätzlich erschwerte.

Insgesamt hat die gute Lage den mangelnden Service leider nicht ausgleichen können.
