Personnel réalisant un bon service. Des animations sont également disponibles dans le hall les après-midi.
La literie est bonne et propre. La couette tient bien chaud. Les pyjamas fournis sont de bonne qualité.
La laverie à disposition est bien.
La température de la chambre peut être adaptée selon vos goûts.
Les chambres sont de bonnes tailles, assez grandes pour avoir plusieurs bagages.
Les éléments à disposition (thés, savons, sel de bain, etc.) sont bien.
Le wifi est rapide.
Le petit déjeuner est très occidental, peut-être trop, mais rempli sa fonction.
Le métro et les bus se trouvent non loin.
L'hôtel est dans une rue calme.

Goed hotel, wel boeken zonder ontbijt!

Kamers zijn klein maar luxe, locatie is goed en personeel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is niet goed. Ook voelt de ontbijtzaal vreemd aan een ietwat verouderd restaurant met een matige selectie aan fruit, Automaat koffie en geen verse sapjes! Ik raad aan om dit hotel dan ook zonder ontbijt te boeken!

Pros:

This hotel was immaculate, the staff was super kind and helpful, the location was great, the rooms are so cool and a good size. I’ll be staying again when I come back! One note: those black out curtains are serious! You won’t know what time it is at all, slept 10 hours straight.

A wonderful stay in Kyoto with exceptional hospitality, thoughtful surprises, and a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Resol Kyoto Shijo Muromachi for two nights in Kyoto and could not have been happier with our experience!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Kyoto and within easy reach of many attractions, restaurants, and transport options. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

The staff were exceptional, always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly sized for two people, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay after long days exploring Kyoto.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the beautiful surprise the hotel prepared for our anniversary. When we entered the room, we found a lovely handwritten letter, adorable decorative flowers with petals arranged on the bed, and a box of delicious macarons. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made the occasion even more special.

Another highlight was that the hotel organised a traditional dance performance by a real Maiko for the guests, which was an incredible cultural experience and something we will always remember.

We are extremely grateful for the hospitality and attention to detail.
If we return to Kyoto, this will absolutely be the hotel we choose again.

Mooi, modern hotel met goede bedden.

Cons:

Ligging is niet top, om bij de bezienswaardigheden te komen moet je een bus pakken ipv de metro. Echter zitten alle bussen in kyoto altijd ramvol. Hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen.
