A great stay, very good location to discover Kyoto!
Pros:

The location, nice and clean atmosphere with very friendly staff!

Cons:

No real space to put luggage in the room. We managed and we understand that the room is not too big but it was always a bit of a hassle to take something from our luggage.

Beautiful base for our trip to Kyoto
Pros:

We had a great stay here - our room was great: spacious, comfortable and we loved the traditional touches used for decoration. Staff were super friendly. Location was good with buses and metro very close by. Lots of amenities offered by the hotel, even little sachets of sunscreen. If we came back to Kyoto we’d stay here again.

Cons:

But of a wait for the laundry in the evening as only two drying machines.

Pros:

La camera è tipica giapponese, perfino il tatami. La dimensione è buona considerando che siamo in Giappone. Posizione ottima vicina a diversi autobus (mezzi necessari a Kyoto) alla fermata dells metro e alla via principale. Nella hall c'è una macchinetta per caffè e cioccolata calda gratuita per noi ospiti dell'hotel. La colazione è buona e varia. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Beautiful modern Japanese style rooms
Pros:

Beautiful modern Japanese style rooms, with lots of good amenities available - a really nice surprise was a matcha making kit in the hotel room! The hotel held free events through the duration of our stay which was a lovely surprise - the events include meeting a Maiko, daruma and windchime painting etc. The staff were always very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located very close to a train station and is in walking distance of many of the locations we wanted to visit.

Cons:

The rooms were a good size but with we struggled to find a good spot for our two medium suitcases

Very Good Hotel (:
Pros:

Very clean, cute room near the main street in Kyoto. Very good access via metro from Kyoto Station (~15min). Good breakfast. Also we had a problem with our toilet and the staff was very friendly and helped us very fast. We was able to switch rooms the same day. Thank you again (:

Room space is on the smaller side but it's normal for japan hotel rooms.
