The only good thing about this place is the location
The staff, unfriendly, often times I greet them they would ignore. Breakfast was terrible and often ended before the time i was given. The bathroom had a weird sewage smell too.
It was in a great location, serene atmosphere, very classy and comfortable.

The accommodation is excellent, and I appreciate the place, with its great staff and pleasant atmosphere: a nice breakfast and a lot of variety in the hotel.
I like everything about the place. And I will still go back there every time and stay, and also recommend the place for friends and family.

Poor WiFi though they did make a plan for my room
I like the size of the room. The front desk staff were really nice, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good place for a young lady travelling along for work.
Their room service/restaurant phone operator was rude. She ended up taking the wrong order, and they refused to refund my money. On the day I was checking, I requested for the refund but they coerced me to spend the money on something else instead of getting my money back. I didn't have a choice but confirm. I didn't like that. Also their breakfast buffet options were super limited, boring and bland.
Comfortable
My room was close to the bar and not sound proof so the DJ playing did not allow me sleep and gave me a migraine. I had to go complain to have my room changed and their internet was out so I had to use my mobile data for the online course I had that day. The breakfast was limited in options and cold
It’s clean, cozy and comfortable room, The gym and the pool, awesome staffs and easy to locate the property.
No smart tv in my room and breakfast can’t be served in the room.. I feel it should be served in rooms for those that can’t or don’t wanna come out to the restaurant, at least for an additional charge for room services
