Pros:

It was pathetic the booked room was not clean and also they have allotted another room even though it was not clean. The blanket was not changed. Internet was not working. No hot water. I would really not suggest booking if they are still going to provide this kind of service.

Pros:

A/C was working good, hot water available for 24 hrs, RO mineral water was available all time, I stay with my family and mother is fond of watching television serial so almost all tv channels are available, Hotel was located in city center so accomodation, travelling was very easy and convenient, overall good experience.

Cons:

Blankets are not provided as we stay in 3 bed room only one blanket was provided which was not clean and the staff is also not good as they don't listen in first call you have to approach again and again, bill was also not provided.
