Staff on duty were very friendly

Cons:

I have called there twice requesting that i have a copy of my invoice emailed to me. both times, I was told that it would be emailed to me shortly. I have not received it yet. This was a business visit, so I need to submit the invoice to my company in order to get reimbursed.

Vert nice clean room with a fireplace. Breakfast included. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Outside door closes too quickly and noisy with a slam when people are coming and going at night. Highway noise.

Good room
Pros:

Clean and comfortable bed. Nice fireplace, good location

Cons:

Ask staff to redo my key because it did not work in the morning. I was asked to pay the room now even if my cards were in the room.....negotiated to have my key done and I would come back right back to pay but I needed in my room first to grab my card. That's a first for me

Excellent value, would stay again.
Pros:

Friendly staff, room was clean. Bacon and boiled eggs with potatoe puffs. Also yogurt, breads etc so decent breakfast. Great value stay

Cons:

The one bed was quite dipped in the middle. Room was very large and comfortable. Was still excellent value for the money.
