Un lugar hermoso en Cajón de Maipo
Pros:

La propiedad es hermosa, cada rincón tiene una vista espectacular, el personal fue en general muy amable y la comida está muy bien.

Cons:

La piscina es helada incluso en verano, además es demasiado profunda y no pude entrar con mi hija, ya que mis pies no lograban tocar el piso.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con uno de los meseros quien intentó cobrarnos el descorchar un vino, por más del valor del vino en sí, sin que se nos informara con antelación y cuyo valor no se encontraba en ninguna parte, incluso lo buscamos en el menú. La persona de recepción nos ayudó diligentemente, pero el mesero insistió en ser grosero con nosotros e incluso algunas de las personas de la cocina salieron a escuchar una conversación que debía ser privada. Creo que eso le restó puntos innecesariamente.

Equipe da recepção, piscina pequena mas agradável, perto do rio Maipo (dá para ver e tirar fotos), um ofurô climatizado perto do rio Maipo, arborizado, vista belíssima das montanhas, ambiente rústico e para quem curte estar harmonizado com a natureza

Cons:

Como foi minha primeira vez nesta região, não imaginei que o hotel não teria ar condicionado e telefone no quarto. Mas depois percebi que a proposta do hotel é ser de paz e harmonia com a natureza. Outros 3 aspectos que gostaria de mencionar são: (1) Tentamos beber um pisco sour na área de refeições e a pessoa que nos atendeu disse que só poderia ser no quarto. Fiquei estupefato mas não quis fazer confusão, afinal ficamos por apenas 1 dia. A recepção foi a salvação do início ao fim. Super simpáticas ambas. E foi assim que recebemos nosso pisco sour no quarto; (2) O café da manhã é estilo um English Breakfast (melhor, claro hahaha). Porém não nos ofereceram água e o café era mais parecido com um chá; e (3) O estacionamento é excelente mas entrar e sair da propriedade é um tanto difícil. Comunicação requer paciência.

One of the best stays from our trip
Pros:

We loved the hotel, how lush and green the surroundings were. Our room was huge and really beautifully decorated with antique peace of furniture. The bed was very cozy and the bathroom was also super. We loved the natural light flowing in our room and the river sounds coming from the balcony. The hotel has lot of little corners where you an relax and read etc. The swimming pool is also a plus. I think we also saw a sauna but didnt use it. Dinner and breakfast was okay, nothing special.

Cons:

There is no AC in the room, so we slept with open windows which was more than okay because of the clean air. Just bring a mosquito repeller with you, that would solve all the problems really :)

No pude visitar el hotel, ya que según lo mencionado en el hotel hubo un sobre booking, por lo que me cancelaron la estadía a horas del check in ,me parece impresentable que en último minuto cancelen, solicitando que yo lo haga, ya que no era reembolsable, luego a mi solicitud de no hacerlo el hotel dio mi tarjeta invalida, mala experiencia en gestión.
