*in den anliegenden Straßen/Bereichen wird umfangreich neu gebaut, daher etwas Baulärm (hält sich aber im Rahmen) - liegt natürlich auch nicht im Einflussbereich des Hotels

Hotel in posizione ottima, a poche centinaia di metri dalla fermata della metro. Vicino al Bound e alla Nanjing road e allo Yu Garden. colazione varia ed abbondante e letti comodi

Cons:

Pulizia non delle migliori. credo che a parte rifare il letto, durante tutta la settimana non sia stato fatto altro. un bicchiere che avevo usato è rimasto li per tutti e 7 i giorni. letto comodo ma il resto dell'arredamento comincia a risentire degli anni. ci ero stato a prima volta nel 2015 e da allora non è stato cambiato o rinnovato in niente

L’hôtel était très beau et la chambre également très jolie, bien décorée et agréable. L’emplacement était un vrai point fort, car l’hôtel se trouvait très proche du métro, ce qui était extrêmement pratique pour se déplacer facilement dans la ville. Le personnel était serviable et toujours prêt à nous aider, même si leur anglais n’était pas parfait.

Cons:

L’anglais n’était effectivement pas le point fort du personnel, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant, ce qui rendait parfois la communication un peu compliquée. Nous sommes restés une semaine, et même si le ménage était fait, la propreté générale de la chambre laissait parfois à désirer. La chambre était assez bruyante : il y avait des travaux à proximité et nous entendions beaucoup de bruit à travers les fenêtres, notamment très tôt le matin.
Enfin, le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas bien et la connexion était instable, ce qui était assez gênant pendant le séjour.

Great location - only 10 minute walk from THE BUND area. Staff all nice and friendly. General store on the corner of the hotel for drinks and snacks. Rooms nice and clean.

Pros:

We have stayed here many times and plan to return. Staff are always courteous and efficient.
Love the coffee/tea in the lounge area and the free washing & drying room. The location is great. Ten minutes walk to the Bund. Breakfast has a good variety of foods.

Cons:

Not a dislike more of a suggestion. The fruit at breakfast was the same every day. Melon, orange & Chinese pear. It would be great if variety could be added. I bought myself strawberries and bananas at the shop next door and took them to breakfast to add to the melon.

Our room was very hot but we could not lower the temperature as we were told it was set for the winter. It would be good to explain this on a notice next to the air conditioning so that you don't spend time wondering why whatever you press makes no difference!
