O Hotel oferece ótima infraestrutura, e os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos. O acesso é fácil, com espaço para estacionamento diretamente na entrada do estacionamento. A localização é muito boa, com fácil deslocamento para qualquer lugar. O apartamento é limpo e tem bom espaço, com ótima iluminação, bancada para trabalho, armário, banheiro bom, ótima ducha. O café da manhã é farto com produtos frescos e de qualidade. O valor da estadia é ótimo em relação ao que oferece

Cuidado se você é empresa e precisa de nota fiscal.
No momento de check-out eles invetam que está sem sistema para emissão da NF que eu precisava para reembolso. Pedem para solicitar por e-mail posteriormente. No entanto após mais de 10 vezes ligando no hotel e solicitando a resolução do caso, ninguém resolve e fazem pouco caso com o hóspede o deixando no prejuízo.

O café da manhã é bom e equipe prestativa e atenciosa. O quarto é espaçoso e camas confortáveis. O banheiro agradável e com boa ducha quente.
A limpeza dos corredores é ruim. Havia sujeira no carpete, pratos de comida em frente a porta dos quartos.
O local da recepção é apertado e o local de entrada e saída do estacionamento tbm apertado.
A localização só é boa para quem está de passagem para aeroporto.

I really liked how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the property was. The location was convenient, but the outsiders neighbors was too noisy after hours but the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay there again.
