Mi è piaciuto la cortesia del personale e la loro disponibilità la qualità delle varie strutture palestra, spa e sala da pranzo.
La spa in particolare ha superato le nostre aspettative sia per la dimensione sia per la varietà di servizi offerti.

L'hotel è veramente molto bello e molto ben arredato, bellissimi gli spazi comuni , zona bar, zona relax, zona palestra, zona sala giochi, bellissima anche la zona SPA con piscina salata e le piscine interne ed esterne. Ottima la colazione e soprattutto la cena. Le camere sono molto spaziose e confortevoli con una vista strepitosa sulla val d'Adige. Ottima la possibilità di fare il check-in dalle 12 e godersi la giornata in SPA.
Nella nostra camera non c'era la possibilità di regolare la temperatura e faceva molto caldo.
