Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit nicht verfügbaren Leistungen und unzureichender Hygiene, der dem Preis und der Hotelkatego
Pros:

Die Aussicht und die Lage des Hotels waren gut.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Die gebuchten Leistungen wie Spa, Wellnessbereich, Sauna und Hamam waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht verfügbar bzw. defekt und wurden vor der Buchung nicht entsprechend kommuniziert.

Zudem war die Sauberkeit deutlich mangelhaft. Insbesondere im Badezimmer waren sichtbare Verschmutzungen, Schimmelspuren und ungepflegte Bereiche erkennbar (siehe Fotos).

Für den gezahlten Preis von 170 € für zwei Nächte ist dieses Leistungsniveau nicht akzeptabel. Vergleichbare oder bessere Leistungen wären in deutlich günstigeren Unterkünften erhältlich gewesen.

Известному гостиничному бренду предоставлять такие номера гостям должно быть стыдно!!!
Фото говорят о том, что кроме удобств в номере (потолок в протечках, разбухшие двери, оббитая мебель, металлическая труба по потолку), нам с мужем предложили на завтрак овощи с плесенью, видимо лежавшие долгое время. Мы в тихом шоке от такого сервиса в отеле Ramada by Windham!!!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Eins der mitreisenden Kinder hat seinen Geldbeutel im Zimmer vergessen, woraufhin das Personal uns umgehend kontaktiert und es uns zugeschickt hat. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, das Frühstück (Buffet) war sehr lecker.
