Pros:

We liked the friendly atmosphere of the staff. They were helpful in giving us recommendations on where to eat and navigate the grab app to get around the town.

Cons:

We requested a room clean in advance via the WhatsApp chat line, but the staff didn't fulfill that request. We asked for towels, but we didn't receive them in time.

По прибытию в 5 утра наш номер уже был готов и нам предложили услугу раннего заселения. Это было очень удобно и позволило хорошо выспаться, а не «потерять» день из-за недосыпа.
Уютный, чистый номер, с интересным решением в виде небольшого балкона и туалета в отдельном помещении.

Расположение недалеко от центра, все в пешей доступности.

Приятный персонал.

Cons:

Нехватает поверхностей для удобного расположения вещей у кровати, а также мало розеток.

2日目のフロントスタッフの対応は良かった

Cons:

部屋は外に出ての半地下みたいで、シャワールームはまるで外みたいでした。
窓からの眺めも全くありません。
シャワールームにはカタツムリがいました。
深夜に外からのしゃべり声やら工事音などうるさくて、寝れなかった。

Viel Platz, modern und sauber, sehr nette Personal, Wäsche Service, für eine lange Aufenthalt es ist alles da.

Cons:

Weit weg von der Innenstadt. Für Solo Frau keine angenehme Umgebung in der Nacht.
Ich habe viel Grab benutzt (was recht günstig war).

The staff was helpful and kind. They seemed always to be offering some little extra, like delivering our laundry to our room.

Cons:

Not a thing. The neighborhood loʻked not great, but then we got familiar with the restaurants and other local spots and everything was safe and even pleasant.

Pros:

Good, spacious room with a lot of amenities. Staff communicates well, is nice and helpful.
Location is good in a relatively quiet area but close to main areas. We got a different room than shown in the pictures but had the same things on paper.

Cons:

The AC didn't work really well. It made a lot of noise and was supposed to cool down to 16 degrees but didn't really feel like it cooled down.
