Amazing. Even though we don’t use it for its intended purpose as we came in as a family. It worked great for us.
Pros:

It was very comfortable and nice.
Pros:

It was very nice views and everything I really liked it.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was the hot tub was dirty and they was doing some construction to the room across from me so I was being woke up to drilling and banging.

Cons:

Hotel room was outdated and in need upon upgrading. Refrigerator kept me up all night with noises. Jacuzzi outside the balcony was dirty and wasn't cleaned after we complained about it. The fireplace wouldn't come on at all. There was bugs inside the kitchen and the bathroom. Very sad that one pays so much money per night and to have such a bad experience....not good at all!

absolutely nothing, I regret having rented that place.

Cons:

Everything was dirty, bathrooms, bed, everything was deteriorated, the jacuzzi glass was broken and chipped, the jacuzzi ceramic was old and stained, and the lights didn't work. Please don't be fooled by the photos because that's not true.

Phenomenal!!
My wife and I felt like royalty in the Romance Penthouse. The view was amazing. We ordered room service in advance, from the Laguna Pool House Restaurant (located on premises), and had meals waiting in the fridge for our entire stay. They close at 8 pm so order early not to miss dinner upon arrival. More time to enjoy the balcony jacuzzi. No need to leave the room!! Jacuzzi was hot so simply messaged and they adjusted the temperature from the control room. No need for a service tech to come to the room. Decor was amazing, and made for a tremendous backdrop, for my model brides' Bridal Boudoir Photoshoot!! Overall, the best place we've ever stayed!

An incredible stay over the city
Pros:

This penthouse was by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Absolutely recommend the romance penthouse, our host was even able to get us roses last minute to make the stay even better.

Cons:

The only thing that didn’t work was the cold water on the bathtub so we were unable to use it but let the host know so I know it’ll be fixed for the next guest to enjoy a beautiful bath!
