Great resort, would return to.
Pros:

Very comfortable resort, pools were very clean. Staff super friendly. Aircon worked great. Food at restaurant good. Comfortable stay.

Cons:

There wasn't a secure place to leave your luggage on check out day and there wasn't a small gym for those who wanted it.

Pros:

Right on the beach and very spacious apartment. Also really close to the nice beach. You also have the market in the complex. There are multiple pools as well. Perfect for families.

Pool, beach, the kitchen was well-equipped and the air conditioning worked well.

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations.
First of all, this is not a resort as described, but rather a residential complex. When we entered the apartment, we found ants all over the floor and even on the children’s beds. I had to buy insect spray myself to handle the issue. The floors were also not clean enough.

When we asked the management for a broom or a vacuum cleaner to clean the floor, they told us their responsibility is only to hand over the keys, and the rest is up to us.

What was even more frustrating is that we specifically booked an apartment with a balcony and a BBQ grill so we could enjoy a barbecue. But they gave us an apartment without a grill, saying the one we booked was no longer available — without informing us in advance. This was very disappointing.

Additionally, the Turkish bath and sauna mentioned in the listing were not included in the price. Even if you don't request massage services, you still have to pay extra just to enter the sauna — which is unusual compared to other resorts and hotels where such facilities are usually included.

Another inconvenience was the limited number of poolside loungers, which were not enough for the number of guests. Also, the swimming pool closes at 7 PM, which is nearly two hours before sunset — too early for those who enjoy an evening swim.
