Overall, it's not bad, but other branches of this chain around the world are more comfortable.
Pros:

Reception staff and helpfulness of maids

Cons:

The room was very dusty, and my allergies even got worse. There were no toiletries, and the towels were changed every day unnecessarily, which I didn't like.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Pros:

Our room was on the 6th floor, and the view was the only highlight of our stay.

Cons:

Overall, I was disappointed with this hotel. The room wasn't as clean as expected, I even had to wipe dust off the desk and shelves before using them. Additionally, the desk design is poor, the shelf above it is so low that you can't see the laptop screen properly.

Although I received the corner unit I requested, there was a huge, useless pillar in the center of the room that completely disrupted the layout. The bed was uncomfortably soft, while the pillows were too firm. Breakfast was also poor with very limited options.

Regarding location, it is near the Merter Metro and Metrobus stations, but since it is far from the center, it takes 40-50 minutes to reach the main city areas. Forum Istanbul mall is 4 metro stops away. Marmara Forum mall is about a 10-minute drive, but it is difficult to reach by public transport (a taxi costs around 250 TL).

Conveniently, there is a Migros supermarket next door for daily essentials.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is simply not worth $100 per night.

I really don't understand why people give high review scores to hotels like this.
