L’odeur de la nourriture jusqu’à dans les chambres, le bruit horrible à cause des travaux La nourriture horrible tout les petits déjeuner c’est les mêmes.

Pros:

This is a very nice hotel, super clean, with descent breakfast and very polite staff. It is ten minutes walking from the subway and then minutes from a bus stop. All of them can get you down town. Istanbul is massive so it was pleasure to be in a less tourist place. Also there is a street with cafes and restaurants about two street away. About 30 minutes walking uphill is a massive areas with clothing stores. It is next to the highway but there was no problem with sound. The people at the hotel were extremely helpful and allowed me to enter a bit earlier gratis that helped me a lot prepare for my job. A great choice!

Cons:

Unfortunately, while everything seems brand new, some times there was a light smell of cigarettes coming from the vent - I believe there are some smoking rooms but not sure. All in all this was not an issue in the very good stay.

The greatest part of my stay at this property was the level of customer service and help we received from Mr. Han, Nurte
Pros:

We loved everything about this property. The rooms were very clean, spacious, vey nice and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Room service was so fast and great. The personnel were the best, bar none. I travel frequently and this is one of the best I have ever seen. I will stay at this property without hesitation everyone i travel to Istanbul.

Cons:

There is not a single thing that I didn’t like about this property. It’s one of the greatest places I have ever stayed while traveling.

Pros:

Персонал вежливый. Расположение отличное, метро рядом. Не хватает пандуса для коляски, хотелось бы чтобы завтраки были более разнообразными. До этого останавливались в другом отеле из этой же сети отелей в другом районе, у них завтраки были более разнообразнее и по вкуснее.
