Clean, well located, spacious. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Not a very busy area but easy (walking) access to shops and food. Easily walkable from Gion station to Hakata station via underground path (560m).

Cons:

The only discomfort we had was the late room cleaning during our stay. They started late (after 4pm and didn’t finish until 5.45). To be fair, they did a very thorough job but we would have been happy if they just changed the towels and bed sheets. If you come back from your day outing while they are cleaning, there’s nowhere to sit except the small lobby downstairs. Just a comment, not the worse thing in the world to wait.

Pros:

Very easy check in and check out experience! The apartment had everything you can possibly need and is located in an ideal area - just a short walk to the Kushida shrine and the Canal City Mall. Best perk: Property representative helped us book airport drop off despite very short notice. We really appreciated the assistance!

Cons:

A coat rack by the entrance would have been nice, but not a deal breaker.

Pros:

Good location, thoughtful facilities for kids. The room is bright and clean. Mattress and pillows are comfy. Staffs are very helpful and quick responses to solve our problem.

Cons:

Better to have a small bedside table in the double room coz we have nowhere to put our phone when sleeping.
