The place is clean
There was no parking and they asked us to park somewhere which the charge of the parking is quite costly
Clean and comfy
Clean, safe, easy access, in good working order, easy booking, good communication from owner. It would have been very good if we had 3 beds with sheets like expected .
We were expecting 3 beds. We really had 2. We knew one of the bed was futon, but there were no bed sheets or blankets for it. I sacrificed myself to sleep there, but without bed sheets, it was not comfortable at all... I don't mind small futon bed, but we need bed sheets or at very least some blankets. The sofa bed had sheets, so that was ok. Since we were a group of 4, it really made our stay much less comfortable. Another important detail is that there was no shower curtain. After someone showers the whole washroom was wet. Other small things:
there was only one toilet paper roll with no extra if we run out. It would have been nice to have a towel to dry our hands in the washroom.
No Parking space, quite tricky and paid extra for the parking facility.
Location, responsive & polite owner, helpful staff, cleanliness, comfy bed & pillows, safety, and the list goes on…
If noise from passing-by airplanes could bother you then it might be a slight problem, but it’s actually fine with me.

لاشي المكان جدا قذر من فتح باب الغرفة والحشرات في كل مكان لم ابقى في مكان الاقامة خرجت منها
وصلت إلى الفندق بعد رحلة طيران طويلة وكنت في غاية التعب وأحتاج للراحة، لكنني صُدمت عند دخول الغرفة بوجود حشرات كثيرة في كل مكان، الأمر الذي جعل من المستحيل أن أبقى فيها. اضطررت لمغادرة الفندق فورًا وحجز فندق آخر، رغم أنني كنت منهكة تمامًا وأتطلع فقط إلى مكان نظيف وهادئ أرتاح فيه

The location. It’s close to everything.
There was a smell in the closet. Like a dried fish smell that smells more horrible than a dried fish.
Very quiet room, close to restaurants and coffee, good WiFi, it has AC, fan, refrigerator, and hot water shower. I recommend it!

Excellent location...short walk to MOA and close to Redemptionist LRT station for riding to Luneta, Chinatown. Also close to supermarket.
Nothing negative. Complex is in take off flight path of airport but appears limited flights late at night and so sleep was not disturbed.
