Pros:

We had dinner at the cafe, and the food was really good. The seafood was fresh and generously sized. We also truly appreciated the staff, who were very helpful and friendly. They kindly assisted when my child was being a little cranky while asking for a boxed drink near the reception. The staff spoke English well and were very professional throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, especially considering the hotel’s relatively remote location. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back for our next stay!

Cons:

The airconditiong sensor near the window was quite sensitive. However, the staff responded promptly to settled the problem. As we have kids in our room, their quick assistance was truly appreciated.

Pros:

The property was very clean and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was great and one person names Beni was very helpful with any questions I had and helped connect us with boat trips and taxi’s. Gave a better prices then asking at directly with excursion coordinators. Good guy to know!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the Marriott on mainland didn’t include a ferry ride to the perhentian islands. But if you were staying at the Marriott on the islands the ferry ride was free.
