Luxe, schoon en comfortabel.
Pros:

Het hotel is erg luxe en schoon. De kamers zijn modern, hebben fijne comfortabele bedden en een mooie smart TV waar je naartoe kan streamen. De sportschool is ook erg fijn.

Cons:

Er is geen zwembad en er is niks te doen in de directe omgeving.

Cons:

It's very rare for me to rate a hotel this poorly, although I travel quite often.
Sadly, this experience had been a disaster and I absolutely do NOT recommand anyone to stay in this hotel. Here are the points why :

- The room was correct, but the size was small and with no view, despite being quite pricey.
- The hotel restaurant is a BIG NO. It was expensive and tasted REALLY bad. The dining room felt very unwelcoming, too.
- You can't go anywhere by foot. You need grab to go to 7 eleven and any other restaurant. And there are not so many restaurants around either...
- On the desk there was a display of a free transfer to Perhentians islands. I asked if we could take it, but the answer was no, it's ONLY for the guest staying at the Marriott hotel on the Perhentians... if you're only staying in the Kuala Besut Marriott, you are not welcomed to take this transfer...

Zimmer okay, am Service muss gearbeitet werden

Check-In war unkompliziert. Zimmer ist ruhig.

Cons:

Wenn ab 6:30 Uhr breakfast angeboten wird, dann erwartet man auch, dass man sich an den Tisch setzen kann, um zu frühstücken. Leider war das nicht so und ich stand vor verschlossener Tür. An der Rezeption war auch niemand anzutreffen. Der Rezeptionist kam plötzlich im Schlafgewand aus einem Nebenraum und musste erstmal die Bedienung rufen und selbst Hand anlegen, um die Produkte auf dem Buffet zu platzieren. Für diesen Vorfall gibt es massiven Punktabzug.
