Good value stop on the way to the Perhentian islands
Pros:

Spotlessly clean and very good value with excellent staff throughout

Cons:

The location isn’t brilliant being the other side of the main Kuala Besut bridge. Unable to really walk out from.

A Fair deal overall
Pros:

Good breakfast, but show up early so you get a fresh tasting bits; otherwise, it's jest not that good when you show up late for breakfast. Location was awesome for where we want to be, next to the debarkation port for Perhentian island. It was very quite after hours and made for some quality sleep. Rooms are soundproofed, didn't even hear my next door neighbors. Good siezed room enough for two but wished it was a bit bigger than adverstised.

Cons:

Hotel insist that payment be made at the hotel when checking in, which explains why we paid more than what Booking.com quoted. It feels a little scammie for a hotel to deviate from the pricing we anticipated with on-line pricing. Just be aware, that hotels don't make you pay through Booking.com for that reason to be able to get away with ripping you off in person.

My 1st Impression of Hotel Location and the Surrounding/Adjacent Property!
Pros:

I was a satisfied customer after my 1st stay at your hotel since the hotel was clean, tidy and new, whilst the reception staff was nice. Thanks.
Note:
Plse see my comments below in next ref my observation on your surroundung or adjacent property that may give an eye-sore image of the location chosen to build the hotel.

Cons:

As a Besutian, I'm happy that your mgmt has built this hotel in Kuala Besut, eventhough primarily focused on customers on transit to your main Marriott Hotel in Perhentian Island. But the sites surrounding (others property) your hotel like the old n rusty fuel tanks opposite your hotel frontage is an eye-sore to customers. Presumably, such a site will give the impression that the location is meant for junk yards. Maybe your mgmt could speak to the authority at Majlis Bandaran Besut to clear those old rusty petrol tanks.
That was my first impression during my stay at your hotel.
