We loved it here! The apartment was very clean. The beach was close. The beach was so beautiful and not really busy. There were always lounge chairs for us. The breakfasts were great. Junior was always helpful and informative.

BIGGEST COMPLAINT…we stayed 10 days, and had to put down $300 DOLLARS (cash only) for electricity deposit. We barely used electricity, and got reimbursed $240, buuuttt we had less $$ to use for vacay. My rental called “Majestic”. Pros: The outside looks well kept, clean pool (not deep), the inside is very spacious,- big bedrooms, big balcony, big living spaces, comfortable big beds, PLENTY drawers and closet space, and extremely close to beach and restaurants, pharmacy etc… CONS: toilet kept running water (noisy), 2nd toilet always stunk, AC in master room was not working, Fans in both rooms not working, and can’t open windows because there is no screen to keep mosquitos out. Sofas are not comfortable at all, so don’t rely on using sofa as means for extra guest to sleep on. Bathroom drawers were never cleaned, -couldn’t use them. Housekeeping not good, and kitchen was a bit “grimy” and just didn’t feel right for me to cook in (extra money on eating out). I didn’t see any bugs, except constant mosquitos biting ALL of us was not fun at night. Noisy outside.
Clarification on “breakfast included” means you will receive plastic chips that covers your breakfast at 3 diff restaurants very close by (walking distance). I actually preferred that, because it allows you to explore outside of the villa and you get variety of breakfast options from those three restaurants. The surrounding area was a bit run down but still safe. - it wasn’t extremely touristic, but still around tourists.
The property has so much potential. It seems to be neglected. It’s so unfortunate because it could be a hidden treasure in Punta Cana. Needs paint indoors and outside, new appliances, new furniture, new lights, new doors, windows, faucets. These upgrades could potentially help getting Adventura up to a 4 maybe 5 star Apart hotel
Expedia is blocking my negative review on this property for some reason. I have been to dozens of countries and lived on 3 continents and this resort is the most disgusting, filthy and dilapidated accommodation I have ever stayed in. Pics online and positive glowing reviews are likely fake and resort is not as shown (although resort photos now mysteriously vanished). Our 'Deluxe 2b/2b Villa-Pool View' probably had not been cleaned for 6 months. Wish I could share my photos. Resort smells like sewage. Property 'Manager' demanded large amount of cash at check in as 'deposit for electricity' supposedly refundable at check out. We stayed 3 nights, 2 whole days. At checkout he refused to refund any of the $$$ I had given him and in fact he demanded more cash. We spent our 2 full days at beach as 'Deluxe Villa' had thick black filth on torn balcony sun screens; stained curtains, walls, filthy showers & floors and rusty and broken fixtures. 1970s style furniture throughout. Previous guests items including used condoms etc left in bedroom drawer. No hot water unless you turn on the water heater 30 mins before shower, then turn off. 2 of 4 ancient AC units didn't work, 1 flooded. Bottom of pool covered in black stuff. You would have to see it to believe it. Have formally complained to Expedia & sent evidence and will file legal misrepresentation complaint to all available authorities.
Property had AC problems during the whole stay! Only 1 small TV in the entire suite, none in the bedrooms!! Shady Property Manager who only cared about money!

Property was beautiful right infront of the beach, clean wish there wasn’t so much construction around but once all that is done the area will look even more beautiful.
While I had some great moments in Punta Cana, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this apartment again if I return. I want to share my honest thoughts to help the owners improve, as they have a fantastic property that could lose guests without investing in its infrastructure.
The location is perfect, with direct beach access just steps away. We enjoyed beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Our ocean-view apartment offered a breathtaking view and was close to a mini market and restaurants. The apartment is in a gated community, and the layout of the 2 suites was nice, and the balcony was definitely my favorite part.
However, there were several issues that I think need addressing to avoid surprises and frustrations like I had:
1. Finding the place was tricky with no signs. The check-in office had minimal signage, and when we arrived, the attendant was late and a bit rude. This was frustrating, especially in the pouring rain.
2. At check-in, we learned about a deposit for electricity consumption that wasn’t mentioned during booking. We paid $60 for 3 days and got a refund for the unused amount, but it would have been nice to know in advance.
3. One bathroom had a broken toilet that leaked, creating a terrible smell. One shower didn’t work properly, and we found dead insects on the walls, especially mosquitoes.
4. Cockroaches in the kitchen.
In summary, the beautiful location is marred by significant service, maintenance, and cleanliness issues. I hope my feedback is helpful!
This is an amazing resort! Everyone from the front desk to the beach staff was friendly and the restaurant was top notch. Evening entertainment was nice.

The property looks amazing and overall the service was very good. for the price of the stay everything was wonderful.
When I saw the pictures and description on Expedia, it seemed great, but in reality, the photos that I saw were from another apartment. I feel they use misleading techniques to attract more reservations. It is not fail. The area is very ugly and dirty place, no parking available, the property was dirty, and there was no space for our party. When I explained to the person who received us at thr property, he just said that that's what it is and that the photos that I show him are from another apartment, that he could not do anything for me.i did not even stay at the property, and I honestly think this apartment is not appropriate to br published on Expedia. It was a very bad experience, mostly because we were in Punta Cana with 6 kids, and we were tired and hungry, desiring to have a bath and rest. We had to deive far away looking for another property to spend the night.
