3월29일~4월1일 이곳을 이용한 고객으로서 1군위치에 있어 시내 유명 명소 어디에나 갈수있어 접근성이 너무좋았습니다. 아울러 직원분들의 고객응대가 너무도 친절하고 특히 저녁시간해피아워이용시 입구담당매니저와 홀에서 응대해준직원분이름이기억나지않는데 항상웃으면서 친절히 응대해줘서 너무 즐거운시간이었습니다. 해피아워의 매력은 다양한술과 다양한 다과가 가능하여 가족들과 즐거운 저녁시간이되었는것같아요..아침조식시간이전에 골프장으로 가야해서 조식포장에대해 문의하고 다음날아침 떠나기전 정확히 서비스를 해줘서 너무나 감동받았습니다. 다음에 다시방문한다면 무조건 다시 선택할겁니다.

Cons:

조식라운지의 음식구성공간이 분리되어있어 처음에는 음식이 별로없다고 오해하였습니다. 방문자의 편의를 생각해서 안내문이 있었으면 오해하지 않을거라 생각합니다.

Like the Sheratons of old. Great stay.
Pros:

Service was excellent. Many staff went above and beyond. View from the room made for pleasant watching. Room was fitted out well.

Cons:

Bedside tables could have been bigger than a shelf.

Nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

I loved the overall experience and stay at property.
Locality was great. So many options near by. Hop-on Hop-off bus was nearby. Loads of restaurants
Breakfast was luxurious.
Room was neat and clean. Very comfortable and spacious. Excellent service.
Staff was very courteous.

Cons:

I cannot real think of anything which needs improvement.

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le coût du buffet de l’hôtel le soir pour manger.
Nous avions un discount de 10% car nous logions dans l’hôtel. C’est très peu à mon avis
