Superb
Pros:

Everything is new, clean, the bathroom was improved like new tiles, new toilet plus hot n cold shower. Im very satisfied.

Cons:

Just a minor issue, the door in the bathroom wont close probably because of the renovation and some floor tiles were not properly fixed. But overall, its very good.
