Decent stay except for the baby cockroaches.
Pros:

Clean, aircon is working well, sheets are fresh, and the property is easy to locate. You can preorder breakfast and it came on time. Staff was really accommodating.

Cons:

There were baby cockroaches on the table and lots in the bathroom. The shower heater was quite unresponsive we ended up bathing in cold water. Property is not walking distance to UST, have to walk a bit, cross Espana, take a jeep to reach the campus.
