Pros:

Tutto ben organizzato, pulito e ordinato.
Lo staff molto gentile ad aiutarci e rispondere a qualsiasi domanda.
La stanza era pulita, la possibilità di avere lavatrice e asciugatrice in stanza assolutamente un plus.
La colazione ottima, abbondante e tutto molto curato anche a livello estetico.

The best end to the trip
Pros:

It was clean, quiet and spacious. Absolutely loved having access to free nespresso coffee at the shared rest space floor.
The room was spacious and bonus it had a washing machine as well which was perfect for the end of the trip.
The staff were so kind and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. It was the perfect way to end our stay.

We would stay here again.
Pros:

The location was ideal, close to shopping, train stations, and the fish market. The restaurant on the top floor was great - the food and service were wonderful.

Cons:

Restaurant. Service at dinner slow, inattentive.
Meals were not served together. Four of us dining received our meals one at a time, one served 1 hour after ordering when everyone else was through eating. Happened twice. Breakfast is ok but service lacking.

An oasis from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo
Pros:

Convenient location. Friendly staff , we had a very quiet room with washing machine and microwave, excellent shower, lovely amenities, nice breakfast.

The stay was pleasant overall, except for the breakfast. The staff were helpful, and the room was spacious and very clea
Pros:

The breakfast selection at the bar could be more varied. We did not enjoy having to order main dishes, as they did not suit our taste and were repetitive throughout our week-long stay. I will give that 1/10. Aside from that, everything else was good.
