とくにないが、自分は素泊まりだったが、レストランで『宿泊者、せんべろドリンク2杯１品つき』の貼り紙を見落として、利用し損なったのが残念だった。

禁煙のホテルや禁煙の部屋で電子タバコを吸わないで下さい　喫煙したいなら喫煙可能なホテルを利用して下さい
Pros:

赤羽岩淵駅から徒歩1-2分でホテルに着く　共同のお風呂が良い　コンビニも近くにある　1階に禁煙の居酒屋もある　2階にコインランドリー(有料)、製氷機もある　JR赤羽駅までは徒歩約6分で行ける

Cons:

隣の部屋(EV側ではない)の利用者が電子タバコを吸っていたと思われ換気口なのか、壁を通して？なのかわからないが、普通ではない空気て部屋の空気が悪くなった。タバコの副流煙には有害な微粒子があると聞いたことがある　少し窓を開け換気したりした。空気清浄機の貸し出しが出来るところと出来ないところがあるみたいだが、一応聞いてみれば良かったと思う。一番悪いのは、全館禁煙のホテルの部屋で電子タバコを吸う利用者です。自分勝手な理由て、禁煙のホテルで、喫煙しない人に迷惑をかけないで下さい。

The staff is very professional yet very warm and make you feel welcome. Thoughtful with children.
Free access to the beautiful onsen, the room was small but comfortable and very clean.
Only 1 minute away from the train station, convenience store across the road.

大浴場有りは大きな違い
Pros:

仕事の都合で1ヶ月以上長期滞在しました。新都市型ホテルを掲げて設計された、コンパクトさとそれに基づく機能性や品質は非常に理にかなっていると感じさせられました。良質で広いベッドと大画面テレビはこの価格帯のホテルが割けるリソースを適切に分配していて、それが満足度に大きく寄与していました。悪く言えば狭い室内空間ですが、ベッド下にスーツケースが置けたりと動線が確保できる設計になっている為、そこまで気になりません。テレビにはYouTubeやAmazonプライムなどの自身で契約しているサービスとリンクさせることが出来るのはとても良かったです。Wi-Fiのスピードも時間帯次第で遅さを感じるようなことは無く、常に快適でした。また長期滞在出来た最大の理由は大浴場があったことです。これがあるかないかは明確な違いとなりました。加えて分割されて取得した予約も通しに変更いただけたりと、非常に助かりました。スタッフの方にも丁寧なご対応をいただきました。メトロの赤羽岩淵駅からとても近く、目の前には大通りがありますが、比較的閑静な立地です。

Cons:

ホテルの規模の割にランドリールームが狭く、台数も少ないように感じました。電子レンジなども同様です。
