南北線の赤羽岩淵駅から近く、共同のお風呂があります
Pros:

南北線赤羽岩淵駅から徒歩1分位でホテルに着く こじんまりとしているが、温泉の様な共同のお風呂が有る　
浴衣の部屋着がある　ホテルの1階に鳥唐揚げの美味しい禁煙の居酒屋があり、3月末までビールとハイボールが350円くらいで飲める　2階にランドリー、製氷機もある　ホテルの近くに食料品を売っているスーパーがある　道路を渡るとコンビニもある

Cons:

共同のお風呂の脱衣所が少し狭い感じがするが、空いている時には問題ない　JR赤羽駅までは6-7分歩くが
地下鉄の駅まで直ぐなのでそれほど問題ではない

Great location, lovely staff and a fantastic onsen, though the breakfast became repetitive.
Pros:

It was very convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to do an early check-in for a small fee, and fresh clean towels and a yukata were provided daily. The onsen was amazing, especially after walking all day and being out in the cold.

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t have much variety and the food was often served cold, which wasn’t ideal on cold mornings when you want something warm like eggs. It would be fine for a short stay, but after several days the limited selection and cold food became repetitive.

Good location and staff were friendly and helpful. Good budget option.
Pros:

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but were clean and tidy. Didn’t use the grand spa but it was fairly popular with other guests. It’s is good that they have washing machines and dryers on site.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s a budget chain and rooms are small but that is normal for such hotels in Japan.

研修での宿泊で利用させていただきました。良かったです。
Pros:

設備がキレイ。駅からも遠くない。

Cons:

大浴場にサウナが無かったこと。
大浴場のお風呂が温度に差がなく、熱いお風呂が無いため少し物足りなかった。

ホテル自体は悪くはないが、他のホテルよりもずば抜けていいというところはなかった。
Pros:

全体的には悪くはなかった。

Cons:

①CMなどでのイメージが良すぎて過度な期待をしてしまった。お風呂がぬるすぎ
②朝食会場が狭すぎ＝おかずを取る側の席しか空いていなくてそこで食事をしていたが、他のお客様と接触することが２泊した中で５回ほど有った。その席は大きなトラブルが発生する前に廃止すべきと思う
③喫煙所がホテルを出るというのは、如何なものか？喫煙部屋は必要ないがせめてロビーと同じフロアには、設置してほしい。

Pros:

アメニティが多く、大浴場も広かった点
外国人スタッフと日本人スタッフ、どちらもいて対応がスムーズで良かった。

Cons:

部屋の浴槽に髪の毛があって残念だった。
朝食の通路が狭くすれ違いが大変だし、掲載写真より種類が少なかった。
あれで通常料金1600円はかなり高いと思う。
