Very comfortable and accommodating!
Pros:

The room! I loved the little kitchen area with a refrigerator that was not the tiny ones most hotels offer; love the microwave in the room, and the toaster! It literally was perfect! The size was spot on for what we needed and the bathroom was very clean. I also loved the focus on being eco-friendly- the fact that the rug in the room was made of recycled product and everything felt clean and fit our needs perfectly. We even had our dog with us and the fee to have him was high considering he is completely housebroken and quiet in his kennel when we had to leave, but we also understand that is likely not always the case. I had also called in advance asking for a room on the first floor near the lobby as I have mobility issues, and the room they gave us was perfect.

When we come back to KC we WILL be staying here again! Even if prices go up!
Pros:

Check in was great! The guy was super nice! A younger guy with long brown hair! Just a gem of kindness! Informed us of everything we wanted to know. Then I had the BEST night of sleep! I have been tracking my sleep for a year and a half on my apple watch and this bed BROKE RECORDS for my sleep! 10 hours and 14 min with 3 hours REM sleep! Beauty Rest Mattress is what it was I just had to look! I slept like a baby! Everything was so clean and very nice! In the morning the staff was nothing short of amazing! Shirley helped me at the coffee maker where I made an absolute mess with coffee going all over counter and floor! I felt so terrible! She was like a mother she was so kind! The man making breakfast was great! The breakfast was really good! I'm telling you folks, if in doubt, STAY HERE!

Cons:

I seriously can't think of anything. They met customer expecations 100% for us. 10 out of 10 in my book!

Beautiful hotel that looks very new. Great made to order breakfast!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Nice clean rooms that smelled so nice. The made to order breakfast, juices and muffins were excellent. Such a nice touch. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I requested a room close to the elevators as my wife has mobility issues, and they accommodated our request. This hotel is right next to Fishbone Grill. The food was excellent!

Would recommend
Pros:

It was great! Nice and friendly staff. Clean facilities. The breakfast was not the best but there was breakfast. The location was ok, kind of away from most stuff but it was quiet!

Cons:

I think when most people expect breakfast at a hotel, they expect some eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits, and gravy not just a bunch of muffins and bread. They did have made the order pancakes Saturday morning, but the person that they had making them couldn’t listen or understand because she kept messing up everybody’s simple orders of either bananas or strawberries or both on the pancakes!
