Relaxing and rejuvenating
Pros:

Location of hotel is fantastic, just at beach side. Staff, reception and manager are also good. Overall good for relaxing and holiday. family member used the other facilities like sauna, swimming pool etc

Cons:

This is fundamentally meat loving region, which makes bit challanging for Vegeterian to find the food. But one can try in another nearby Italian restaurant. Hotel Management also promised to add some more option for vege

Pros:

Das Zimmer und auch die Bäder waren groß, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren klimatisiert und der Ausblick aufs Meer hat den Morgen verschönert.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und das Personal im gesamten Hotel (Pool, Wellness/Fitness, Rezeption, Restaurant/Reinigung) war steht’s zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Staff is very good. We arrive 10 am, we have breakfast and got room in 1 hour. Hotel very nice, restaurant is nice, good food, good wine.

אהבנו הכל צוות אדיב מאוד נחמד תמיד מוכן לעזרה במיוחד שתי הגבירות בקבלה דאניאלה ומינאלי ..הבריכה מצויינת שקטה ונעים להיות בה ,המסעדה טובה מאוד וארוחת בוקר טעימה .
הטיסה שלנו היתה ביאחור של יותר מארבע שעות נתנו לנו לשאר בחדר עד!שעה 3 ואחרי כך אפשרו לנו לשהות במרכז הסאונו עד שעה מואחרת .
החוף מהמם יש בו אטרקציות לילדים .המקום מעולה קרוב משדה התעופה כ 10 דקות אל תקחו מונית ..משדה התעופה אוטובוס מספר 15 או 15 A
בית המלון רחוק מחוף סאן סייט כ 40 דקות באוטובס 10 או 22 ומבורגס כ 30 דקות באוטובוס 15
הסוף חוויה מדהימה בטח נחזור למלון הזה

Wonderful beach hotel in a quiet location
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, all new, so rooms were in great condition, they were also spacious, well equipped, quiet and very clean. The pool and the beach were great (the latter a short walk away), our party enjoyed the spa as well. The staff really went out of their way with things like a welcome drink or a later check-out. Breakfast was also amazing.

Cons:

It was difficult to get the blinds arranged so the sun doesn't shine in too much in the morning.

Pros:

Хубав хотел, хубава храна, чисто и приятно място. Бих посетила отново. Комплиментите при настаняване и изпращане са много приятни жестове.

Cons:

Посетихме спа центъра два дни за няколко часа на ден. Бях помолена да обясня на децата си да затварят плътно вратите на спа зоните, защото била чуствителна противопожарната система, направих го. На следващия ден същото нещо беше казано на мъжа ми. Рецепционистът каза, ме ще каже лично на децата. Ако има проблем с вратите би било добре да си ги направите, за да няма напрежение, когато някой не е успял да затвори плътно.

Otel gerçekten beklentilerimin üstündeydi. Yeni ve çok temiz. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Konum da şahane, denizin hemen kıyısında. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Kesinlikle çok memnun kaldık.

Everything was perfect. Great location, swimming pool, close to the beach, parking. Also close to Nessebar, Burgas and Sozopol. Great breakfast and lunch / dinner options at Olea restaurant. Very nice staff.
