Good location, ok bed

Cons:

Small problems like a broken showerhead and no toilet paper can easily be fixable. A bigger problem was the traffic outside the window that was extremly loud and made sleeping difficult. However the biggest issue was beetles in the kitchen cabinets. These insects walked all over the kitchen counter, we saw atleast 7 of them.

Od samego początku same problemy, mimo możliwości za opłatą późnego zakwaterowania obiekt nie wpuścił do pokoju. Zatwierdził opcję bezpłatnego anulowania jednak zwrotu się nie doczekałam i twierdzą że nigdy takiej opcji nie zaakceptowali. Nie polecam, omijać z daleka.

Di questa struttura mi è piaciuto il collegamento molto vicino alla stazione e fermate dei pullman, lo spazio dell appartamento molto ordinato e pulito.

Желательно отремонтировать по мелочам и потравить тараканов
Pros:

Местоположения удачное. Все рядом в пешей доступности. Для проживания все есть. Удобный сервис открывания дома и квартиры. Приветливая консьержка.

Cons:

Было холодно в квартире. Когда включил кондиционер на обогрев, то сильно стало пахнуть табачным дымом который не выветривался все время проживания, шторы оборваны, шум от улицы, тараканы на кухне

Ondanks alles toch genoten van Bergamo.

De ruimte en de locatie bevielen het best.

Cons:

Het inchecken was rampzalig en bureaucratisch. Nul flexibiliteit, ook niet toen ik uitlegde moeilijke ogen te hebben. Ook werd de telefoon meerdere keren niet opgenomen.
Een behulpzame jongedame die langsliep heeft mij geholpen.

Diverse kleine gebreken in de studio.
- handdoekenrek in de badkamer zat los.
- een jassenhaak viel uit de muur.

Tiefgarage ist eine Katastrophe, für größere Autos nicht geeignet und es fällt Dreck von der Decke auf das Auto. Die elektronische Türöffnung benötigt immer Internet. Sehr störanfällig

Це не готель, це аферисти, які закрили готель і втекли, і взагалі не поселили нас в готель! Ми повинні були проживати тут 2 доби (15.11 - 17.11).За дві години до поселення мені надійшов лист на емейл про нібито недійсну картку, хоча поселення було оплачено 05.11.2025 і кошти були стягнути з платіжної картки! На звінки і повідомлення ніхто не відповідав і нам прийшлося знімати інший готель! Прошу негайно повернути мені кошти? А усім раджу забути, що існує такий готель!
