Terrible
They didn’t have room available for check in at 11pm!
Looks very nice
Bed was very hard had to ask for conditioner in the shower and they filled it but body wash was almost empty too
Didn’t return my money for thirthd room
I tried to change my reservation to a different date 10 days in advance and move it into October and I did not even receive a responsive email call or anything. Absolutely worthless service and terrible customer support.
Nothing good about this place. Did not get what I paid for or booked online.
Booked a kings bed and got 2 queen beds : got 1st floor , bathroom is very small and shower area is very small and open
Our room was clean and the hotel seemed to be clean and in good condition.
Check-in staff was not friendly at all. The site had advertised this as a place with complimentary breakfast, but you had to pay $10 per person (no thanks). The pool was not available. We will not likely choose this property again.
Big roim, good gym, nice sevice.
Far from the city, noisy in the morning. No free coffee in the lobby.G
New-ish property, rather oddly located in an otherwise non-descript warehouse / industrial zone in the mountains about halfway between Sparks and Fernley. I had reasons of my own for not wanting to stay in Reno proper, but I imagine the hotel caters mostly to visiting businesspeople. Room and bed were comfortable. A clueless guest set off a smoke alarm in the middle of the night, and I appreciated how very apologetic and solicitous the staff were in the morning.
Room nice size & clean
I didn't like the breakfast set up I prefer a buffet set up
There was no breakfast being served when we were there. It had to be purchased. For $177 per night, I would have expected it to be included
Only negative is that the cleaning solution smell is overly strong..... It hits you in the face, when you enter your floor from the elevation
