Pros:

الغرفة واسعة جدًا، مع امكانية الدخول الى النادي الرياضي والمسبح مجانًا
اللوبي كبير و واسع وفيه منطقة فطور ومنطقة قهوه وكيك
الغرفة تحتوي على بانيو
الشبابيك لها شتر او بلاك اوت تقفله في النهار ويعزل اصوات الشوارع

Pros:

Sophia at the spa was great. Club room staff were kind and tried their best with their English.

Cons:

The room had some issues (bathroom fixtures were old / semi-broken). Lack of western food options. Lunch time during at the Club room needed more snack options

Not a five star hotel anymore.

Cons:

1. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but was placed on a smoking floor. The entire level was filled with smoke, making it difficult to access my room without the odor entering whenever the door opened.

Additionally, the hotel lobby was not conducive to business meetings, as it was daily occupied by young individuals taking photos, which felt inappropriate for a five-star establishment.

I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a more comfortable and professional environment for future guests.

Excellent hotel for our staycation
Pros:

The room was big and with great features, like automatic curtains and a tv for the bathtub. Nice long bench with a good view of the city. It is located immediately next to a subway station which is convenient. The gym and pool are also good.

Cons:

There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, which wasn't a great first impression to walking in the room. Other than that it was good.
