Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gute Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit mitten in der Stadt und die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.
Zimmeraustattung sehr gut und das Frühstück war auch okay.
Fenster gut isoliert. Ruhe im Zimmer trotz großer Straße.
Würde ich wieder buchen

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Wir wurden nicht begrüßt und bekamen patzige Antworten

Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Fußnähe zur Innenstadt;

Cons:

Liegt direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse; die Fenster habe den Strassenlärm nicht komplett abgehalten

Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war überheizt und die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht individuell einstellen. Da das Zimmer zur Straße hin lag, war das Öffnen des Fensters keine Option. Erst am nächsten Tag erfuhr ich, dass die Klimaanlage in den Wintermonaten nur heizt und nicht kühlt - das hätte ich gerne früher gewusst.
Der Zimmerservice hatte vergessen, die Toilette zu reinigen.

Super Lage, attraktives Hotel das dem Standard entspricht
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Der Bahnhof prima zu erreichen.
Die Happy Hour war eine gute Idee vom Hotel

Cons:

Check In etwas langarmiges, da Einzelbetten im Doppelzimmer noch nicht berücksichtigt waren und die 2.Person im 2.Zimmer über mich als Buchender nur schwerfällig einzuchecken war, ich könnte booking.com nachbessern

Ich werde nicht nochmal hier buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr nett, ebenso einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Ansonsten ist das Hotel wenig ansprechend. Im Zimmer gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und im Bad viel zu wenige Haken. In der Dusche war deutlich Schimmel. Das Frühstück ist etwas teuer, deutlich überteuert ist der Parkplatz. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind eher unfreundlich, so wird man nicht begrüßt und wenn man sich abends ein Getränk bestellt, musste man es selbst an der Theke abholen. Weiterhin habe ich das Hotel auch ausgesucht, weil es eine kleine Abendkarte mit Speisen gibt. An dem Tag als ich es in Anspruch nehmen wollte, wurde dann gesagt, es gäbe nur Pizza. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gewählt. Das permanente Spielen von Weihnachtsliedern im Oktober hat am Nervenkostüm gezerrt. Meinem Mann hatte ich spontan dazu gebucht. Somit musste das Frühstück für ihn nachträglich gebucht werden. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts kam es morgens im Speisesaal zu einer Diskussion, ob er denn bezahlt habe, da das Hotel es nicht geschafft hat, die Information an die Küche weiterzugeben.
