Kurzfristig für eine Nacht gebucht.
Pros:

Kurzfristige Buchung möglich (mein Flug wurde gecancelt).

Cons:

Begrüßung von einem Insekt (Kakerlake) im Bad. Dreckiges Handtuch (Hatte zum Glück ein eigenes dabei).

Value for Money, Easy Check in, Smooth Stay
Pros:

Good communication with property manager, we had a couple of requests and additional person join us. We were accommodated sufficiently and efficiently handled the change. The place is located to Terminal 3 and is walking distance to most amenities. Stayed for 2 nights.

Unexceptional service render by the reception and host.
Pros:

Nothing, as i stay a couple of hours and check out early in the same date. Speaking to the host if she can wave an hour fee of early check in or any discount as i check in 9am and check out 5pm on the same day,due to emergency change of my flights details. The good thing i just experience is from the security of the bldg he help me out for my luagage from the gate to the reception. Same thing when i check out he offer an exceptional service to grab me a cab from outside or from a grab transportation sedvice. As management bldg change their policies regarding change should be drop at the gate and the taxi or grab driver car was not longer allowed to enter in the parking premicies inside,evwn just to drop a guest.

Cons:

When i was in reception, it was lack of infomation that you have a booking confirmed. Whom she should contact too and told me to wait. Like it not willingly to help or entertain a guest.

Pros:

It was a decent stay for a short layover. The location is great as it's just a walking distance from terminal 3. It also has easy & quick check-in and check-out.

Cons:

It wasn't too tidy. The shelf beside the bed was pretty dusty. There was a faint musty smell as soon as we entered the room.

To make it better, just choose a plain color for your bedsheet, pillow cases and matress cover. And buy a matress that is soft not a foam. The seat cover as well looks cheap as well as the carpet, it feels dirty. The AC doesnt rotate and good thing they have a stand fan that will circulate the air. However overall, if you will just stay for a night, its a goood choice, walking distance from the airport. It also has microwave, and kitchen utensils.

Good for a restorative night before or after the islands
Pros:

The apartments/condos (THIS IS NOT A HOTEL) is very well situated. There are loads of amenities around and it’s a 15 minute walk to NAIA TERMINAL 3. So very convenient! The mattress was also very comfortable which is a huge plus!

Cons:

There’s literally NOBODY to talk to about anything. If you have any issues there’s a WhatsApp number but nobody answers they’ll just ignore you. Also the building apparently has an issue with roaches. I saw two and they were baby ones meaning there must be nests. Having said that however, they have taken measures against the cockroaches and have been disinfecting regularly.
