服務人員親切，提供清楚的入住、宅急便寄送行李的說明，有英文與中文流利的人員，可以順利溝通。客房空間非常大。飯店提供不同的枕頭選擇。

Cons:

面向車站的房間可能因為馬路上的交通，會有一些吵雜聲。除此之外，飯店走廊隔音都蠻好的。

Pros:

Nice hotel in a good location. The staff was nice. Big rooms with plenty of space.

Cons:

Terrible breakfast. We didn't enjoy it at all.

The room was dark most of the time. We had only one small window and the lights doesn't really light up the room very much.

JR岡山駅からすごく近くて便利。朝食バイキングも和食中心で色々あった。食事係をはじめホテルのスタッフが親切で丁寧。
