Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were polite and helped us make a dinner reservation. The location was also great since the castle and park were not too far away and it was also close to Okayama Station, which is where the Shinkansen stops.

Cons:

A lot of noise from the road below could be heard inside the room, which made sleeping a little difficult. The room we were in had an odd shape. When sitting or lying in bed, the TV could not be viewed. Finally, the couch in the room didn't seem very clean. There were several stains on it. Out of the 7 hotels we have stayed at during this trip to Japan, this was the most disappointing hotel. We have stayed at other Daiwa hotels and not had this issue before.

Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable, personal simpático, muy buenos amenities, facilidad de check-out. Tamaño de la habitación muy bueno para Japón.

迅速な対応
Pros:

部屋が臭かったので「換えて欲しい」とお願いしたらすぐに対応してくれた。

Cons:

ホテルが悪いわけではないが、部屋がアロマでも焚いたのか、と思うくらい臭かった。すぐに窓を開けた。
今思えば加熱式タバコの吸い過ぎに因る臭いの付着だったかもしれない。
いずれにしても、こんなに臭かったのは初めての経験だった。
でもすぐに部屋を換えてくれた。

Reichhaltiges Frühstück und wie erwartet ein überdurchschnittlich großes Zimmer

Cons:

Das Zimmerfenster zum Innenhof ließ kein Tageslicht herein, ein anderes Zimmer war auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption nur gegen Aufpreis zu erhalten, sehr bedauerlich, wenn man vier Nächte Aufenthalt in einem Hotel hat
