A comfortable stay at Gomti Nagar
Pros:

Great location, good basic rooms and excellent staff. Especially want to thank Shiva at front office who checked us in and Goma at the ROCCA outlet both are assets to the company

Cons:

Being a Hyatt member, there were no rooms available when we arrived late (ard 1030pm) when we tried to get a room directly from the hotel. However, there were ckearly many rooms available for 3rd party website such as booking or agoda. I guess Hyatt prefer us not to get the room directly from them
