Clean, spacious room

Cons:

Being a Hyatt member, there were no rooms available when we arrived late (ard 1030pm) when we tried to get a room directly from the hotel. However, there were ckearly many rooms available for 3rd party website such as booking or agoda. I guess Hyatt prefer us not to get the room directly from them

There were no hand napkins in the room after cleaning the next day
Cons:

Check in took 1/2 hour, staff was passing it on to each other, was travelling with my parents who are senior citizens

Not worth it. Will not be staying here in the future. And will not be recommending it to people.
Pros:

The location and the rooms were standard quality and generally fine

Cons:

The service lacked finer details in a massive way. It was choppy and not up to the standards you expect in a 5 star. You cannot be expected to complain all the time for things to be running smoothly.
