The staff interaction, hospitality on restaurant staff
The luggage rack and wardrobe was way too less in room, also the bathroom had transparent glass door , as guest we could use more privacy plsss
It was good especially the breakfast.
We were provided the wifi password but it didnt work. Informed the receptionist. But he did not listen to us. It was really pathetic.
I went with the name 'Hyatt'
The hotel has some construction work going on. I would have liked it if at the time of booking, it was mentioned. It was not due to which many things were not available. It may appear trivial but I found it disappointing for instance you can't order half the things - Pizza for instance.
Their breakfast spread is limited - they don't even have hash browns. The dining area is too cramped and has limited seats. You have to wait too long to be seated. They don't even keep a fruit basket in the room. This is when you are paying a premium for the room tariff. That remains. The tariff doesn't come down though they have limited things.
No value for money!!!
All those booking should be aware that despite paying the premium, you are only going to get limited things.

Poky rooms, washroom doors without lock. Absence of promptness to solve problems. Restorent are is not up to the mark.
Goede locatie en geweldig personeel.
Vanwege een verbouwing rook het in de receptie, die zwaar aangepast was, onfris. Het hotel heeft echt de prijs fors naar beneden bijgesteld en dit compenseert zeker.
De kamers waren overigens zeer schoon en goed.
