Had everything we needed for our family (2 adults, 4 kids): beach access, pools, kitchen, laundry, big balcony. Friendly staff. Loved the ocean view. We would definitely come back.

Emerald Seas is in an amazing location with excellent service. The building is a bit older and outdated but very very clean and the amenities are great. Steps away from the beaxh and close dedicated free parking! I would most definitely stay there again !

Air conditioning is noisy
This is a used-up timeshare built in the 80s that has not updated its units - ever. They will take your reservation, charge you whatever/whenever they want, and rely on Expedia to not enforce any of its policies. Stay away!

Couples retreat. Wife and I had a relaxing time on the beach. The room had everything we wanted. Very quite, enjoyable weekend

Pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, I loved the end unit with the picture window view of the dunes. Large spacious unit (1 BR, kitchen, Livingroom) had dated furniture, but was clean, comfortable and functional. Property has 2 pools, shuffle board, corn hole, beach volleyball net, tiki hut and plenty of chairs to enjoy the view. Would definitely stay there again. Quarter mile walk to stores and restaurants.
This is an older hotel, but dont let that fool you. The staff are amazing!!! Tne room that we had was everything we needed!! Right on the brach, 2 pools, cornhole, and shuffle boatd!!! Loved it here and will be back!!
