Great place to stay

Great value for money of the new concept of The Standard Hotel.
I loved the Art gallery vibe and the location.
Keep in mind that this is not the same level as the big sister hotel in terms of service. This The StandardX standing is more into self hospitality (Less choice on restaurant, breakfast, pool opening hour, amnesties available etc).
Breakfast is decent but quite limited for choices and portions.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [city or destination]. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip!

Nice hotel in good location with good size rooms. Rooftop pool is really good.

Nice Hotel, very comfortable bed

Fantastic location - took subway from airport to river boat, which stopped right at the hotel. Great restaurants nearby. Easy quick walk to Khaosan Road. Wonderful pool.

Allt med hotellet var kanon!

Vårt rum var jättefint och rent och vi trivdes bra med att kunna bada i poolen, åka båt och gå till restauranger i närheten. Vi bodde med fönster mot gatan men stördes aldrig av trafik eller andra ljud dag- och nattetid.

Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Maten både vid poolen och i restaurangen var mycket god!

Vi kommer definitivt bo här nästa gång vi besöker Bangkok!

Great but basic 4star hotel with big balconies. Clean spacious. Equivalent room in a major American city would be 300$-450$ a night

Beautiful location right along the Chao Phraya river. It’s not a flash hotel but has a clean minimalist feel to it. Beautiful artwork for sale everywhere. The reason people would stay here is the bustling activity of boats on the river, especially at night when the dinner cruises have started. I like this area of bkk with its rich history and culture within walking distance. It’s pricey but worth every baht!

Modernt konsthotell med fantastiskt poolområde och fin frukost vid floden. Kajplats precis utanför för båt till centrum. Lugnt o stilla, men nära Khosan Road om man vill ha mer liv!

War das 2 mal im Hotel. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss machen eigentlich das Hotel zu etwas Besonderem. Zimmer 406 ohne Blick auf den Fluss war recht laut. Besonders durch das Schlagen der Türen. Ein Hightech neben der Architektur ist die Lage direkt am Pier und auf jeden Fall das Frühstück.

Great place

No cable TV, no channels, you have to streaming your phone. Nice bar on the roof, but we're lacking of many items: local beer on the menu, but out of stock. The had only imported beer at more then 300 bath each.

It was nice being by the river but the hotel is set back and the buildings on either side were not, plus the ferry terminal is in front so the views are obstructed. There is one spot at the pool for taking photos and it’s usually taken. The pool closes at 6:00, too early!
I loved the balcony, we were Fifth floor riverside and so had shade in the morning and full sun in the afternoon so choose accordingly.
The room was great, comfortable bed and nice linens. Breakfast was very good. The Thai food in the restaurant was excellent. The neighborhood and access to the ferries is awesome.
There is a place for cars to drop off passengers and luggage but it is always blocked so you get dropped in the street. There is a wheelchair ramp but it is poorly located so we schlepped our luggage up several stairs. There’s a guy but he arrives when you’re up the stairs.
There’s no gym.
There is art by a handful of artists— none female, go figure.

Modernes und neues Hotel direkt am Fluss. Besonders beeindruckt das Frühstück direkt am Peer der Fähre und die private Atmosphäre. Preis und Leistung stimmen einfach.
