我们提前一个月在Booking定的房间，结果去了check in的时候，前台一脸懵逼，那个表情应该是觉得没有留房，然后当天应该是满房了，结果不知道从哪里给我们调出来一间有霉味的备用房给我们，进去以后霉味很明显，当晚的前台人员的态度也不是很好，后来我打电话要求换房，然后被告知当天已满房，只能第二天给我换，第二天换了以后明显比前一天的房要好多了，没有异味，感觉这个喜来登前台男士工作人员要比女的工作人员专业。

Excellent location with very attentive staff who go the extra mile to make everything easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast has plenty of fresh options. A stay where you really feel cared for.

The room was great and breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The heating system. The temperature adjustment didn't work and the room became unbearably hot during our stay. The staff couldn't resolve the issue
