Aussicht auf den See ist grandios!
Pros:

Wir hatten die Suite gebucht: Die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist wunderbar. Bei diesem Zimmer ist ein kleiner eigener Pool dabei.
Schöne, große Gartenanlage.

Cons:

Der Empfang war eher kühl. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, abgewohnt. Ein weiter Weg zum Pool, bzw. zum See (viele Stufen). Kein Föhn am Zimmer (nur auf Nachfrage) Keine Steckdose im Badezimmer.

Hotel has amazing views of lake, Otherwise, not very impressive for price.

Spectacular views of the lake. Garden well kept.

Cons:

Sewage smell in bathroom. Room was basic. There is really no restaurant at the lakefront facility. The staff will cook for you, but the menu is limited and prices are not value equivalent

La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre nos hicieron sentir cómodos, nos consintieron, siempre estuvieron atentos, siempre fueron muy amables y abiertos.

Considero que toda la experiencia fue espectacular, las vistas y el lugar estaban preciosos, pero la atención del personal hizo que la experiencia fuera inolvidable.

Cons:

Hace algunos años nos hospedamos con unos amigos, la habitación fue espectacular a la orilla del lago; en esta ocasión llevábamos a unos invitados especiales y cuando hicimos la reserva no nos percatamos que habían 3 tipos estadías, entonces cuando vimos habíamos reservado 2 habitaciones en unos contenedores en el área de LakeView y otra habitación en la parte de Lakefront, y pues tuvimos que quedar todos separados. Pero el personal nos resolvió y nos apoyó, he hizo que nuestra estadía fuera inolvidable.

Al final supimos que la primera vez nos habíamos hospedado en Cardedeu Residence.

Magnifique vue, et très bon accueil ! Les prix sont assez chers pour les repas mais l’hôtel est parfaitement situé. Sélectionnez Lake View pour être placé avec l’une des plus belles vues du Salvador. L’accès au lac est facile et pittoresque.

Las piscinas, la vista al lago, un panorama muy lindo, la atención amable del personal.

Cons:

La habitacion: no tiene lugar para colocar bolso, maleta etc. vimos un estante bien simple. La cafetera está en un lugar donde no hay para conectar, usar el toma del baño o colocarla en el piso 🫣 no hay secador de cabello. Plancha para ropa. Sugerencia: tener en cuenta la visita de personas discapacitadas, en vista de tantas gradas debería hacer ramplas para sillas de rueda, muletas etc

Rooms within a few steps to the lake, good shower with hot water, beautiful views of the caldera and volcan Santa Ana

Cons:

room felt a bit run down, trouble sliding door to bathroom, no outdoor chairs on our patio when we arrived, very little privacy on the lower tier patios, lakeside bar had a strong sulphur smell, room missing key items for this price range such as coffee maker and safe.

Super situation directement sur le lac, extérieur génial piscine transats matelas plage bain dans le lac ponton jet ski couchet et lever de soleil.. très chouette ! Le lac est magnifique.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix n'est fait que par le lac.. l'hôtel en lui même, donne l'illusion d'être génial mais ne l'est pas, tout est un peu de basse qualité et le ménage n'est pas géniale dans les coins ou derrière les meubles. Mais je ne regrette pas d'être venu pour l'accès au lac et les installations extérieures !

Cons:

they have a restaurant which am not sure if they are the owners but desserts and appetizers way overpriced for the size, when asked they just said thats how its done, had to return dessert out of principle
