Small compact room in good location with great staff and food.
Pros:

It was near a subway and a park. The breakfast was good (I do not know why it was not included with the room) and the reception staff spoke the best English I have experienced in Japanese Hotels this time.

Cons:

we had booked a twin room rather than a double room, because we wanted to both be able to get to the side of the bed. In previous hotels, the double bed was against the wall making My Wife having to climb over. But in this hotel, although two single beds they were still pushed together like a double bed against the wall. So being a twin room made no difference.

又宿泊してもいいと思いました
Pros:

フロントも清潔感があり、対応も良かったです。部屋も思ったりより広く、キャリケースを広げるスペースもありました。コンセントも多々あり、充電器も備えてありました。ミネラルウォーターもサービスで付いていて、ホントにありがたかったです。
ベッド周りも清潔で、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。
又宿泊したいと思いました。

Cons:

今回初めて泊まりましたが、不満な点はないです。

Pros:

Zepp札幌に最も近く大変便利でした
駐車場も立体可能の車なら大丈夫なのででかい車は別なとこでしたがとても近く停めやすかったです

Cons:

3階でしたがカーテン開けると道路が丸見えで こちらの様子も多分みえるかんじでした、そこがちょっと難点かと

お風呂がお湯と水の調節があるので
お湯だけ最初だしてしまい熱い思いしました😭小さい子いる場合気をつけねばならないかもです
