Pros:

Zepp札幌に最も近く大変便利でした
駐車場も立体可能の車なら大丈夫なのででかい車は別なとこでしたがとても近く停めやすかったです

Cons:

3階でしたがカーテン開けると道路が丸見えで こちらの様子も多分みえるかんじでした、そこがちょっと難点かと

お風呂がお湯と水の調節があるので
お湯だけ最初だしてしまい熱い思いしました😭小さい子いる場合気をつけねばならないかもです

コスパがとてもよかった。プライベートでも利用したい。
Pros:

部屋が広かったし、掃除が行き届いていて清潔でした。
風呂もお湯をためて入浴できるサイズで、入浴剤までついていた。
ユニットバスではあったが、広さは十分あった。
駅からも近く、すすきのへも歩いて行ける距離だった。
価格的にも安く、コンビニも近い。コスパは最高。
