승강기 옆 객실은 피하세요
Cons:

승강기 옆 객실은 정말 최악이었습니다.
다른층은 어떤지 모르겠는데 12층의 승강기 옆 객실은 승강기가 움직을때마다 진동소음이 계속 전달되요.
새벽 3시정도 되어서야 겨우 잠을 잘 수 있었습니다.
위 내용으로 호텔측에 도움을 받으려고 했지만,
직원이 객실에 와서 진동소음이 있다는걸 확인하고도,
다른층의 승강기 옆 객실은 컨플레임이 없다며, 왜 나만 그런지 모르겠다고 하시더군요.
그리고 다른객실이 1개 남아있는데 옮기겠냐고 하여 보여주셨는데,
흡연실이라 객실 입구 문을 열자마자 담배냄세가 엄청나게 나더라구요.
객실 안은 냄세가 더 진했습니다.
거기 있었다면 온 몸과 의류에 방향제가 필요없이 담배냄세를 달고 나올듯 생각되어 싫다고 하니,
호텔측에서 해줄수 있는건 지금 보고있는 담배 냄세나는 객실로 옮기던지 아니면 원래있던 객실에서 소음을 참고 견뎌야 된다는 내용뿐이었습니다.
즐거운 여행을 위해 숙소에서 편안하게 숙면을 해야 다음일정도 좋은 여행이 될 것인데,
이번 숙소에서 피곤함으로 다음날 여행이 피곤하고 힘들어, 일부는 취소를 해야되는 불행이 있었습니다.
