พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมากๆ ให้ความช่วยเหลือหลายอย่าง กลับถึงโรงแรมดึกก็ขนกระเป๋าเข้าไปไว้ที่ห้องให้

Staying close to Nakajima with kids
Pros:

The location is fantastic and the staff were amazing. We were lucky to have a view of the Sapporo tv tower and the Farris wheel.

Cons:

If I had to say anything negative it would probably be the hotel was maybe on the older side. This was definitely not an issue and added to its charm.

下訂購有備註避開消防栓，結果還是房間外就是消防栓區，如果避開可能空間會更大
Pros:

房間空間大地理交通方便及超商近，大廳有提供咖啡暢飲、2樓有微波爐，尤其是晚上8點後有超待免費甜點好吃，又每天提供礦泉水

Cons:

下雪窗口可能因暖氣溶解導致窗戶都是水，但還好沒有影響滲進來
