Pros:

The location is great — only a 5-minute walk to the beach. It’s also about a 15-minute walk along the beach to D’Mall, the main lively area with many great restaurants, nice beaches, and a great atmosphere overall. Everything is very convenient.

We especially recommend trying local fast food and Nasal. Also, right near the hotel entrance, on the left side of the road, there is a pizzeria called Alberto’s. The pizza there is quite good — especially Alberto’s Full House and ham & mushroom, and the spaghetti are very tasty as well.

Cons:

There were occasional issues with hot water in the room, which made showering a bit difficult at times. Also, there were roosters crowing outside the window, which is quite common in many places in the Philippines.

However, these issues did not affect our trip or overall impression. Compared to other rooms and hotel prices in the area, I still believe this hotel was the best choice. Many thanks to the management — everything was great overall. Wishing the hotel success and prosperity.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Nice place to stay. Comfortable beds, lots of space. 2 full bathrooms. The staff was really nice and helpful. Security 24/7

Cons:

We couldn’t use the safe because it was locked and it took too long to get someone to fix it. We only got 1 duvet for the 3 beds and had to ask twice for duvets for the other beds. The pathway through some houses was very dark at night but never felt unsafe.

It was good but not the best experience.. if its not because of a good staff staying here would be bad..
Pros:

Staffs are approachable and nice

Cons:

Broken door knobs, shower, smoke detector they don’t clean the room everyday unless you requested, bar are closed, too far from the beach side, no microwave.

The most comfortable beds on the quiet part of White Sand Beach.
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful team. Rooms are modern and equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning works well. The beds are great.

Cons:

The showers are very small. Sometimes you can hear traffic from the street. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room and the attention of the staff.

Cons:

After taking a shower, the thermal jumped and we had to raise the thermal again so that hot water came out again.
The wifi worked well during the day but not in the morning.

Pros:

Great small modern hotel. Clean facilities. Good location for town & beach. But this is not a beach resort as it is between town/road and beach access is via steps and a public walkway/alley. The standard double rooms can be noisey with dogs & roosters from next door. However we upgraded to a lovely, large, quiet family room on the otherside of the hotel. Great facilities, 2 large beds, very clean.
But it is only 5 mins to the beach.
Staff are friendly and helpful

Cons:

It would be good if the community and adjoining hotels cleaned up the alley/ beach walkway as this is the little unsightly.

It was Fantastic and we loved every minute of it!
Pros:

Easy access to the Beach, amenities and the pool! The staff is amazing! They are all friendly and helpful. The place where we stayed was great, we had a pool view and a big balcony. I would love to recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there.

Cons:

The shower is not warm enough and no microwave.

Pros:

It’s beautiful, very clean, the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, very polite, respectful and easy to talk to.

I am gladly recommend to everyone who are looking for place to stay in Boracay.

Cons:

I suggested to put a railings to hold on, when you go down the stairs along the wall, because when the tiles are wet it’s very slippery.
