Relaxing beach stay with a great view and helpful staff.
Pros:

Spacious room with a beautiful sea view and balcony. Furniture was in good condition except bathroom. Staff were friendly and responded quickly when we needed to change the kettle.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was weak. No water sports available at the hotel
Activities are farther down at Batu Ferringhi.

Right after we left the homestay, my husband and I were already planning our next visit!

Our stay at this home staycation was truly excellent from beginning to end. What stood out the most was how warm, welcoming, and accommodating the staff were — they really made us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, they ensured that everything we needed was taken care of and that we were as comfortable as possible. The place had a cozy and relaxing vibe, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy our short break. Despite being a quick getaway, it was completely hassle-free and smoothly handled, allowing us to just relax and make the most of our time. I’m incredibly grateful to the staff and the owner for their genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and it made all the difference in our experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and very satisfied. Without a doubt, we’re already looking forward to our next stay here!

Overall great stay, convenient and John is a great host.

A great view of Tanjung Bungah Bay
Pros:

Lovely hosts. Great view across the bay from the balcony. Lots of space in the rooms. All Grab drivers seem to know the Rainbow Paradise so getting around and getting food deliveries was easy and reliable. There are a good range of restaurants within walking distance and a bar/restaurant on the beach accessible straight from the hotel.

Cons:

The building is a bit dated. It would be nice to be able to boil an egg and make a slice of toast for breakfast. The necessary appliances are not mentioned amongst the facilities so I can't fault the hosts for their absence.

The sea view is exceptional from the balcony. The Parking is spacious and the owner "Jhon" was cooperative.

Cons:

The Internet speed was terrible and Kitchenette was poorly managed with stained cups and an old kettle.
